I am using 1 pc and buy the second one. I have no problem and work perfectly especially with a heat sink. Please make sure your motherboard space for M.2 SSD has enough space to fit this SSD. Asus new motherboard Republic of Game Crosshair VIII has not enough space (Wide) for M.2 with heat sink

At first, I was skeptical on buying this WD 500GB Black SN750. I’m not sure how it will compete with the other brand. But I checked the Western Digital website regarding this product and found out this is much better transfer rate than any competitors with the same price range. And also, it didn’t generate a lot of heat even without the additional heat sink. I definitely give it a 5 star and recommend this product to others.

This is my first NVMe drive and I was shocked at the size. It’s soooo small. Easy installation, performance has been great. I had heard that some users had heat issues with this model, but haven’t seen any with my use case. Disclaimer: I did get this on sale and it was cheaper than some other models. I don’t know if I’d pay the premium for the WD Black model otherwise.
