Store and take your important information with you while on-the-go using the 2TB Elements Portable USB 3.0 External Hard Drive from WD. With a capacity of 2TB, it can be used for additional storage or for backing up your videos, photos, music, documents, and other files. The Elements drive connects to your computer with a USB 3.0 port at speeds up to 5 Gb/s, is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 at speeds up to 480 Mb/s, and is formatted as NTFS so Windows 10, 8.1, and 7 systems will recognize it right out of the box. For Mac users, the drive can be formatted to work with Mac OS.
The Elements drive quickly backs up and retrieves files by utilizing USB 3.0 technology and draws power from a USB bus-powered port on your device, meaning that it requires no other additional external power source. The WD Elements drive is protected by a limited 2-year worldwide warranty and a micro-USB to USB Type-A cable is included.

Received it right on time for my project. Used it fir video editing and i got the job done without any encountered problem with this wd 4 tb hard drive. Wd never failed me . I got 1 tb wd element and 2 tb wd passport. I will not settle for any brand. If you need a best store and best hard drive, go with b&h and western digital.

The hard drive itself is as expected and works all fine. Nothing bad also nothing fancy. Data transfer speed is decent. Just want to say thank you to B&H. FedEx messed up and lost my first package. I sent emails to both B&H and FedEx at the night of the delivery date, and got response from B&H within 15 min. Now I have received the product, while FedEx still has no voice at all. Thank you B&H for offering such an amazing customer service!

When I ordered this I was not sure how big it was going to be… I guess I am showing my age but I previously owed devices with a fraction of this capacity that was the size of a 300-400 page book… this thing is 3.25 x 4.25 inches and only slightly over .5 inches thick… and it has worked flawlessly for my personal Raspberry PI DVR…
