BEWARE:This looks like a fine chuck, and it’s recommended in the Home Depot package deal Model 23072 + this 2305-KC chuck.. However, the chuck spindle on WEN 23072 is much smaller therefore this does not screw on.It is stated to fit Wen 2307 not 23072.. so beware folks.

It is like changing a collet to install. Once installed, never have to change collets again! I have it on my Flex-shaft, and now I can use my Wen to drill with jeweler’s bits on delicate work. Also bought a (hold down for on) foot pedal switch. These two additions make a lot of difference in my woodworking and crafting.
