As fine a piece of hose as i have ever seen. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is beyond amazing. Words cannot adequately describe the sheer brilluance of this short but powerful section of corrugated duct. My own existence pales before the magnificence of this hose.

I admit that we’re using it for a different purpose that what it was intended for. We’re using it as a play tunnel for our ferrets, because they love running through narrow tunnels. The problem is that the plastic has such a strong chemical smell that they don’t want to use it. We’ve washed it out and given it lots of time to air out, but they sniff at it and shake their heads, a ferret’s way of saying “this stinks”. Any suggestions about how to get rid of the smell would be appreciated.

This is a very flexible hose, so you can reach all your nooks and crannies. It really depends on your personal shop setup how you use this–a lot of folks choose just to use the flex hose for drop downs off of rigid steel or pvc piping. I’m still plotting out my system, so I’ve not chosen to permanently install it yet. Note you’ll need additional hardware like hose clamps to make this useful.

Used to connect my table saw to dust collection system. Seems to be of good qualiy, particularly considering the price. It did have a strong initial “plastic” smell but I no longer notice it. Will buy again when I’m ready to connect my band saw.
