Remember when your workshop was full of clean air. Air-borne dust particulates can dirty up a woodworking space and harm a healthy respiratory system, but with the WEN 3-Speed Remote-Controlled Air Filtration System, you no longer need to worry. This system eradicates these contaminants by catching them in 1 of the 2 easily replaced filters while circulating the air in your work area. The powerful 3A motor leaves no stone unturned, collecting every contaminant in its path. The quiet system creates 63 to 68 dB of noise and is controllable up to 26 ft. away with the included remote. The included eyebolts make for easy mounting and installation in a variety of wood shops. The WEN Air Filtration System collects and releases the air in your workshop after filtering it through both a 5-micron outer filter and a 1-micron inner filter. Easily switch between 3 speeds of 556, 702 and 1044 CFM depending on what your situation calls for. With the self-automated timer, you don’t even have to worry about turning off your machine. Simply set the timer to automatically turn the machine off after a certain number of minutes, allowing you to easily give your workshop a thorough cleanse at the end of the day. And because this is a WEN Product, your 3-Speed Air Filtration System comes backed by a 2-year warranty, a helpful customer service phone line, and a nationwide network of experienced technicians. Remember when you could breathe easy in your workshop? Remember WEN.

I bought two of these for my garage. I have a dust collection system but this takes all of the fine saw dust out of the air. I have notice a big difference with the lack of all the fine dust all over my tools.

October 2020 – I’ve been looking for an Air Filtration System for my workshop. My wood lathe kicks up a LOT of dust and I needed it badly. I checked all the other manufactures and their specifications and settled on the WEN. The unit has a remote control to turn it on/off, change the fan speed and set it to shut off after so many minutes. I was able to install it myself but only because I used two ladders and set the WEN straddling on top of both of them. I would recommend two people but the unit is not that heavy and I was able to get it high enough and hooked up. I still need to attach the electrical connection to the ceiling.Assembly was very easy and contained all the parts. I can tell the difference when I turn it on and it has definitely reduced the amount of fine dust I used to find on my table saw and other parts of my workshop. I’ve had it about a month and can already tell the outer filter will need replacing in a couple of weeks (heavy use of my wood lathe turning Christmas gifts). The inner filter can be sprayed/dried and reused. The outer filer is a common size found in big box stores for less than $20.I’m happy with it and would recommend this unit.

Perfect for my small woodworking shop. This unit is smaller than many competitors, but even so it pushes enough CFM to adequately clean the wood dust from the air. It’s smaller format makes it not ideal for larger shops, but for my needs this fit perfectly. It’s timer feature is really handy as well. Very pleased with this!

I am very satisfied with the air quality change in my garage now with this Wen product that was not excessively expensive like other brands.

The unit came ready to go, I simply mounted it to my shop ceiling, plugged it in and turned it on. It does a good job of cleaning the dust out of the air in my 20×24 foot woodworking shop. It is a good value and I would recommend it to anyone with a small shop.

Easy to install and operate. Light enough to lift to the inevitable “hanging from ceiling” resting place.

I’ve had this product about 2 weeks and purchased it for my 20’x22′ (440 SF) garage with 8′ ceiling. My wife and I do miscellaneous crafts, mostly custom signs, and all of my woodworking is done in the garage. My garage surfaces are always covered in wood dust from sanding so I bought this air filtration system hoping it would help pull the dust out of the air before settling on my surfaces and other works in process. I’ve done several evenings of sanding now and the filter is definitely pulling the dust through and helping clear out the cloud that is produced. Work surfaces are cleaner so I know its helping. Obviously doesn’t capture everything, which is not expected.I do like the timer function so I can call it a night and let it keep running for a few more hours. I do agree with others that it’d be nice to set the timer directly on the unit rather than only from the remote since I will inevitably lose it at some point, but until then it’s not a big deal. The filters and everything were in it and ready to go out of the box. I took out the 4 bolts at the top that came in it and replaced them with the orange hooks that are supplied. With only having 8′ ceilings, and me being 6’4″, I needed to make this thing be as close to the ceiling as possible. I marked my 16″ o.c. joists in the ceiling and screwed the other supplied hooks in to those. I decided against the supplied chain and just used a S-hook to connect the hook on top of the unit to the hooks in the ceiling. The chain would’ve likely worked just as well. Hanging it as I did makes the bottom of the unit 6’10” off the ground. I’ve obviously not needed to change filters yet but I’ve seen them online and shouldn’t have trouble ordering replacements when needed. The noise when on high is not bothersome at all.One thing I’ve noticed, is dust building up around the exhaust on the back side of the fan. I can’t tell if its dust that is making it’s way through the filters, or if the exhaust air is just throwing the dust that makes it’s way around to the back side of the unit upward on to the unit to where it is sticking to that area around the exhaust screen. Not something that bothers me, just an observation.Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. Helps make my garage not feel as dirty all the time!
