The WEN Air Filtration System collects and releases the air in your workshop after filtering it through both a 5-micron outer filter and a 1-micron inner filter. Easily switch between 3 speeds of 556, 702 and 1044 CFM depending on what your situation calls for. With the self-automated timer, you don’t even have to worry about turning off your machine. This WEN unit is no different than grizzly or Jet, or any others. Pretty much the same unit same quality just much lower cost.Having difficulties finding generic filters as these are sized for metric.Otherwise this works great in a dusty 500 sq ft wood shop.I would like this better if it has SAE Standard filters and the remote has speed and timer indicators. It is light and portable and also easy to hang with the included hardware.

I love this thing. Before, I would be in a cloud of dust. Since its been hard getting N95 masks nowadays, wearing my homemade mask just doesn’t cut it. This thing is amazingly quiet and has my lungs in better shape. A great price to pay for better health.

We were skeptical about the quality and performance and made the leap to trust other testimonials. WOW, we are completely amazed how well this unit immediately begins to clean the air. We have 2 lg dogs and 2 large cats along with living in a high wind desert area that gives us a heavy dust accumulation daily. I can completely endorse this product to clean the air within minutes in our main living space of 450 sf area. You can visibly see the dust disappear in the reflection of the light from suspended fur and dust particles to completely clean air! LOVE THIS UNIT!!!!

It may be too soon to tell how effective the filter is at turning air and clearing fine dust, BUT, I can say that it’s nice and quiet when operating, seems to move a good volume of air and is very convenient with delay timer when working. I hope it catches all the fine dust from woodworking

The air filtration system works quite well in my garage. I use it whenever I am working there. It is slightly louder than I expected, that is why I gave it four stars. I wear headphones when I’m using it. If you are installing this by yourself to the ceiling, you need to watch YouTube videos about installing these units using a chain technique. I did and it work perfectly. I would recommend this unit for a three car garage with a ten foot ceiling.

Nice quiet fan to filter out fine dust from my shop. I have an 8′ square spray booth with filter, but it isn’t big enough for stuff that’s over about 7′ (or else I can’t get around it in the booth). This beauty filters out the fine dust around the area I pant my larger projects, and it made all the difference. Before I installed this, painted stuff resembled sandpaper when it was dry – easy to remove the nubs, but still knew I needed something. Afterwards, the paint comes out glass smooth. I wish it were just a tad bigger, moving a bit more air, but given the price, a second one wouldn’t break the bank! If I had one thing I would change is, since this is on a switched circuit, that the setting I had it on remained set when I switched the power back on. Instead I have to turn it on separately (where the remote is real handy).
