Great little electric screw driver. Has an adjustable clutch, so you wont strip out soft wood. . Can be a straight handle or a pistol grip. Charges quickly. And, it was the best price for these high number of included options. I have 3 of them in different tool kits. I would recommend this to get the job done for a great price.

I purchased this Wen to replace a Dremel 7v Screwdriver that would drive a 3 inch screw into oak, screw after screw…this one won’t do the job but is fine for light work around the house. I got this at 1/2 price on a Home Depot daily special, otherwise would have not replaced at all. Dremel stopped making their great screwdriver for reasons beyond me…can still buy one at an excessive price on an auction site, but not worth what they now want for the remainder of the stock.

This version has improvements over the previous version which I bought for my son a few years ago. This one has a longer collar for the bit and has 20 settings for torque plus one for drilling. The other pros are that it lasts a long time per charge and has reasonable power. Switching between the straight mode and “gun” mode is a plus. The cons are that I keep hitting the forward and reverse buttons while using the tool. The other drawback is that it comes with two bits – a flat-blade and a Phillips head instead of a reversible one and the bits are too short. Fortunately I had a reversible bit from an old re-chargeable screwdriver that sort of fits. One other little quirk is that it does not tighten down a screw by hand very well. The few cons prevent a 5-star rating.
