Used this nailer to install 260 square feet of tongue and groove 1/2 in thick floors. Did not have any issues with the gun. I had no jams at all. Only issue was that you have to order the cleats as they do not carry them in the store.

Excellent value, and the unit worked well for nails. When using 1-5/8 inch staples, the unit was less reliable, as minor knots in the wood or subflooring nails or spackling occasionally caused the unit to jump or jam. However, the 18 guage staples are easily mitigated without having to rip up the flooring. When used for hobby projects, this gun really shines.

Worked out great took care of a damaged floor from water damage and didn’t have to rent one of them industrial heavy nail gun. Good tool to have for smaller jobs.

Used it on 3/8 engineered Hardwood flooring ( 500sqft). The shoe that is supposed to give you the correct angle prevents the staple to fit fully inside, I took off the shoe and just used it like a normal stapler, then the staple was ok. So basically the stapler is fine – the attachment is not.

I’m impressed with the WEN 4-in-1 18-gauge pneumatic flooring nailer and stapler and would definitely recommend for the home remodeler or professional. I like the adjustable angle foot which allows you to adapt the nailer to the specific type of flooring being installed. It is removable so the tool can be used as a conventional stapler/nailer. I found that it work best on the high side of the recommended pressure at about 90psi and at that pressure it drove the nails in better. It comes with oil and allen wrenches to change out the head and make adjustments. The instruction manual is easy to read and gives clear direction on maintenance of the tool and also troubleshooting.

The spacing guide could be of better quality, it losses its position often.

We purchased this nailer to lay approximately 800 sq ft of 3/8” engineered hardwood. Not a single issue with the nailer. It worked like a charm.

Great 4-in-1 pneumatic flooring nailer for the price. Plastic foot can be removed so that you can use it as a regular nail gun for the edge next to the wall or for moldings. It does need to be oiled periodically. It comes with easy to read instructions with trouble shooting guide. It makes that flooring job go a lot easier and quicker. It also comes with its own plastic carrying case.

I was using a standard 1/4 crown stapler to Neil in engineered flooring. This was much more accurate and consistent. The adjustment took,a few minutes, but worked well for the different heights. Easy to load and no jams so far!
