Generally a great sander and price. A major issue, though, is that the lock screw for the belt sander has no stop and will tighten until the frame snaps – then the belt will no longer position. Also, the table can flex under non-delicate use, throwing off the angles. (5 stars without these issues.)

This belt sander came almost completely assembled. Just had to attach the table for the disc, and the bracket for the belt.

Easy set up! Belt sander is great…never bogged down even if I tried to bog it down. The disk sander, however, because it’s only 6 inch in diameter, and it spins quite fast, you have to be very careful where you try to sand with it. Make sure it’s on the down side and you only have 3 inches to deal with. Would have been nice to have a bigger diameter wheel plus would have been very nice had it been hook and loop sandpaper instead of the adhesive type. I think it will be difficult to remove and replace. Will try to replace it with an adhesive-back hook and loop disk so I can easily change the grip of the sandpaper! Still a good machine for the price.
