This is a great little angle grinder for the money. Built like most other more expensive angle grinders but at a value. Personally I prefer the paddle or trigger on/off switch which makes it easier to switch hands when needed and convenient for left hand users. The switch on this model is nicely located by your thumb and easy to operate as long as you grind with your right hand. As with most grinders, the power switch can be locked so you can use either hand once its on but I find it safer to be able to control the on/off switch at all times. Comes with a nice zippered soft case with a couple of compartments inside to hold some discs. As stated, it comes with three grinding discs that didn’t seem to last very long when I was grinding a crack in my concrete pathway but at least it came with three. Nice size, great power looks to be durable so I’m sure this will last a very long time.

Solid tool. Does what they say it will do. My problem is with the 2 buttons one has to push. The button that locks the wheel so that you can tighten it is difficult to hold while trying to tightening it. The other button is to keep the grinder constantly working. Both buttons are tight and rigjujn

Includes a fixed-speed angle grinder, 3 grinding discs, storage bag at a value price. It’s compact and weighs only four pounds, a useful size for homeowners. The light weight and left/right handle attachment threads reduce fatigue during extended use. Does an effective job of smoothing irregularities, wire brushing rust spots, and cutting. It’s louder than some others; ear protection is an easy solution. Lock-on switch is convenient; a paddle switch could be safer. The included bag is minimal size requiring removal of handle and grinding wheel. That’s OK for storage, but too small for in-and-out carrying during use. No big deal; I use a larger bag. Two year warranty requires customer to prepay cost of shipping defective product with purchase receipt to repair location. All in all, it does the job and it’s a good value. WEAR EYE PROTECTION!

This grinder is surprisingly compact compared to my cordless one. Construction is similar to my more expensive one, with aluminum gear case and plastic body. This grinder will basically be attached to a workbench, for which the cord is usefully long and much better than a battery. The power switch is for a right-handed thumb, and latches, although the mechanism is a little funky. The guard adjustment requires a screwdriver, it is not quick-release. Comes with three grinding wheels, to which I added some thinner cutting wheels. Plenty of power, the first thing I did with it was cut the dull ends off several files. About as noisy as any other grinder. I like the compact fabric case much better than the oversized ill-fitting plastic cases that many tools come it, which often get thrown away.

The Angle Grinder came as a “Kit”, which included the Grinder, grinding discs and carrying case. The instructions are clear as to grinder operation, disc attachment and safety considerations. While I have rented larger grinders, I have several “home” projects which would be better accomplished with a smaller grinder, but not a Dremel tool. Initial testing would confirm my thoughts on the 4.5 inch disk sizing and handling of this grinder size.

Decent grinder for the price with typical grinder features and good performance. However, the 3 grinding discs are about the worst I’ve ever used. What is the smell coming off them? I thought the sparks set something on fire. Put on some different brand discs and all is well. Still a great tool for the price, though.
