Remember when you had a smooth and powerful cut? The WEN 7-1/4 in. 60-Tooth Carbide-Tipped Professional Saw Blade provides reliable and accurate performance, maintaining its straight shape and sharp edges for longer than the competition. The machine-cut carbide-tipped teeth slice through workpieces, making easy work out of even the hardest of woods. The 5/8 in. arbor (15.875 mm) allows for compatibility with the majority of 7-1/4 in. miter saws and circular saws on the market. This lightweight, ultra-thin blade provides maximum efficiency during operation, leaving behind a kerf a mere 1/16 of an in. W (1.6 mm). Abrasion-resistant non-stick PTFE cool-coating maximizes performance and lifespan by keeping your blade cool. Alternate top bevel tooth design provide alternating teeth angles that score the surface of the wood prior to cutting. This provides a clean, splinter-free finish designed specifically for crosscutting applications. It’s time to get reliable and powerful performance with a WEN Saw Blade. Remember when you had a blade that lasted? Remember WEN.

WEN 7.25 in. 60-Tooth Carbide-Tipped Professional Ultra Fine-Finish Circular Saw Blade with Cool-Cut Coating. I installed this blade in my Milwaukee battery circular saw. As expected, the 5/8” arbor size was correct for my saw and there is a diamond knockout option as well. I tested the model BL0760 with 60 carbide tipped teeth for long life. Laser cut groves in the body of the blade help prevent blade warping during repeated use. The blade came with a plastic edge guard to protect the fine edge teeth. This blade is recommended for fine finish work. I cut through a piece of 2×4 with a smooth cut as a result. Compared to the cut of a 24-tooth rough cut saw blade there was little difference in the cut. I think a new blade will give great results regardless. There was no hesitation while cutting through the thick material.

Whatever WEN has done in design, it works. The blade cuts trim work beautifully.I don’t understand all the magic of saw blade design. You can see some of it in the blade design, from the teeth to the internal squiggle cut lines. The coating is also non-slip, and this seems to matter, although I’m not sure how long it will last.I had no problem fitting this on my battery powered Milwaukee 7 1/4″ circular saw. The difference in cut was immediately obvious. The thin kerf is appropriate for a portable saw like this, and quite welcome. Meanwhile, the blade cuts straight and true despite the thin kerf. Sometimes a thin blade will wander. This one doesn’t.When it comes to trim work, the 60T blades are essential for a fine cut. I had no problems with this WEN as it cut through the fine pine trim perfectly. I also tried it on some plywood and it cut very well with clean edges.Made in China

Remember WEN, you had tools that you liked and used often? Well, I selected the WEN 60 tooth ultra fine circular saw blade for that reason. [photo A] We own many WEN tools and this blade should perform like them. [photo A] The Features of this 60 tooth blade give a performance Advantage over my old 16 tooth blade [photo C green arrows] and I Benefit from a cleaner cut. The PTFE coating [photo B red arrows] reduces burns giving me a quality cut and I need a high quality cut, as I am making a platform bed for our new mattres. I got a splinter free finished cut surface that makes less sanding and that makes for a better fitting end product. Yes I do remember WEN while I shop for tools.

This fine smooth cut saw blade is great! Makes nice clean cuts. Fits well on the circular saw and has a thin cut line I used it on some plywood and had little to no splintering. Have to see how it works after a few more cuts and use it on some hardwood . The blade has the right amount of teeth for a nice smooth cut. He blade has a regular size hole for the arbor but has a diamond shape knock out in it.

WEN 7.25 in. 60-Tooth Carbide-Tipped Professional Finish Saw BladeI used this blade to cut varying thicknesses of 1/2 OSB exterior sheathing, 2×4’s and a seasoned treated 4×4. I used the blade in a 7.25 In Ryobi 18V ONE + cordless circular saw. I made freehand cuts and guided cuts using the Kreg Accu Cut and Rip Cut guides. Whether ripping or cross cutting the blade performed well, and is well suited for cabinet work.
