I have found the Wen 10 in. 28 tooth carbide tipped professional multi material framing saw blade to be a good quality blade for framing and general wood cutting at a great price. I installed it on a chop saw and an very pleased with the ease of cutting even 2 x 6 very damp pressure treated wood. It makes nice clean cuts and does not splinter the wood at all. I will use this blade when I install pressure treated wood decking on my back porch. The blade has a 5/8 inch arbor hole which fits most modern ten inch saws. The thickness of the blade ( Kerf ) is only 2 MM, 1/10 of a inch. I would recommend this blade for most home owners and professionals.

When we returned home from vacation we had a lot of outside work to do at our home. We anticipated these new saw blade and it did not let us down. We had a lot of wood to cut for replacing shelving and other outdoor needs as we had a wildfire right before leaving which thankfully only did damage on the parameter of our acreage. My husband said the clean cut it made plus the sharpness was better than the other blades he had on there. He went down to Home Depot a few days later and bought two more of these.

I can always use a sturdy framing blade for my miter saw, and this is a good one. Okay, I’m not going to say that this is a cheap blade, because it is well-made and cuts accurately and quickly and made of quality materials, but it’s not the same as the 80-tooth fine fish blade I use for finish carpentry, which I don’t want to mess up with hard cuts in framing lumber. This is a great blade for any fencing, decking, framing, or similar job that needs fast cuts but not the super fine finish of a finish blade.I do not know how this would rip lumber in a table saw. This is more of a crosscut saw for miter saws.

Great saw blade for the price. Cuts wood like hot knife through butter. There is 28 carbide teeth on this blade and rated for a max 4500 RPM. I cut some pine and some oak and the cut was smoother than I though it would be for a framing blade. Time will tell to see how long it will stay sharp. So far a great blade and little effort to push wood through it. I highly recommend this blade.

The 10″ WEN saw blade easily fit onto my existing saw without any problems. The first time that I used it was actually pretty impressive as it seemed very smooth and well balanced. It appears to be a quality blade and even though I tried several different types of wood it still cut evenly and with a good result each time. I would recommend this to anyone including contractors as it looks like it can be used for many different applications.
