I love this blade! Without effort, this cut through 2×4’s and 1×12 wood like a butter knife! The slightly thicker blade I believe will lend to a longer lasting, clean cut since it won’t dull so quickly due to the thickness.I was hesitant at first because I had never used a Wen product, but the price drew me in as well as the limited offerings. I can truly say that this blade was worth every penny spent and is a better addition to my tool chest because of the quality. Thanks HD and Wen

My old saw blade has definitely seen better days. I could not get a clean cut on anything and ended up with jagged edges. This blade is a 12 inch 80 tooth blade that fit perfectly on my Dewalt twelve inch power mitre saw. Installation was very easy. I just took off one bolt, removed the old blade, put on the new one and secured the new blade with the bolt. The new blade cut perfectly and clean. Since I do a lot of finish work, I needed a good quality blade. Wen has always had a solid reputation.

I mounted this blade on my DeWalt Miter saw. The old blade was starting to get dull after several years of use, and took a while to cut through anything. This new blade slices through cured tough wood like a hot knife through butter. It leaves behind a slightly smaller kerf than my previous blade, but almost not enough to notice. Before I mounted it, I measured the flatness with a laser gauge. It measured VERY flat, with the total deflection only .001%, which is basically perfectly flat.

Wen Professional 12 inch 80 tooth Fine Cut Miter Saw BladeThe 12“ Wen saw blade came in a nice reusable cardboard folder which keeps the blade and blade teeth from damage when not installed on my DeWalt DWS780 miter saw. I used the blade to cut a 3/4” X 1 1/2” piece of Poplar wood. The blade cut through the piece of wood like a Hot Knife through Butter. I could hardly feel the contact of the blade to the wood due to such a clean smooth cut. The Wen blade cut through the Poplar without leaving very many splinters/Tear out on the back side of the wood. I was very impressed with this blade and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality smooth cutting carbide tipped miter saw blade.

The Wen 80 tooth 12” fine finish miter/ table saw blade cuts smooth without tear out. I’m using the blade on a sliding compound miter saw. Cutting a maple cabinet filler. as you can see it cuts effortlessly. A majority of this work is pre finished sometimes building complete cabinets. Making clean cuts a must. I’m partial to coated blades. So far this blade is impressive.
