Remember when you had a smooth and powerful cut. The WEN 6.5 in. 42-Tooth Carbide-Tipped Professional Saw Blade provides reliable and accurate performance, maintaining its straight shape and sharp edges for longer than the competition. The machine-cut carbide-tipped teeth feature an ATAFR (Alternate Top Alternate Face with Raker) design, making cuts faster and smoother then alternative saw blades. The 20 mm arbor allows for compatibility with the majority of 6.5 in. track saws on the market, including the WEN CT1065 Plunge Cut Track Saw. This lightweight, ultra-thin blade provides maximum efficiency during operation, leaving behind a kerf a mere 1/17 of an inch wide (1.5 mm). It’s time to get reliable and powerful performance with a WEN Saw Blade. Remember when you had a blade that lasted. Remember WEN.

I installed this blade in my Dewalt cordless track saw. It worked, but I had to make a couple of adjustments. I noticed that the blade was slightly larger than the oem blade. With that, I first adjusted the riving knife to allow clearance. I put the saw back together, and made my first cut. Then my saw jammed in the cut. The kerf on this blade is also thinner than oem, requiring me to remove the riving knife completely. Not a deal breaker though. This blade cuts very well, even better than the oem blade. Probably due to the thin kerf and the fact that it is new. I left the blade on and will use it until it dulls.

I have a cordless Makita tracksaw and I wanted a spare blade. This fit perfectly without any issues. I was able to swap the blade out just fine. Once I removed the original blade, I noticed that my Wen blade had 42T, whereas the stock blade on the tracksaw had 56T so right away I knew that it would not cut as cleanly as the other one, but for my application it was ok. I needed to rip my MDF for a box that I am making. This blade worked well and provided a nice clean cut. No issues at all I gave this a 4 because it is a good blade, but does not have all of the specs to be a 5(9000 RPMS was a little less than my stock blade) my track was only a 5000RPM so it did not affect me.

The WEN 6.5 IN 42-Tooth Carbide Tipped Thin Kerf Professional ATAFR Track Saw Blade is a very good blade for hits intended use. It was made to fit the WEN plunge cut track saw but the 20 mm arbor makes it compatible with other track saws as well. It is a sturdy blade with a thin kerf and carbide tips for clean, precise rip cuts. It enhances the performance of the saw.

Not a top of the line blade but above average. This blade will make cuts as good as any. It can run at 2000RPM on saws with a 20mm shaft size.Ordered on-line it arrives in exceptional packaging that can be re-used when you’re finished using the blade. This helps keep the blade clean and dry which prevents rust during storage. If you want a very good blade at a fair cost consider purchasing a Wen blade.

For the price, it’s not bad. I’m new to track saw use, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but tear-out is acceptable and it cuts through plywood fairly easily ( which is why I got the track saw in the first place).

Makes your saw more powerful. This is a really nice thin kerf saw blade. This blade is about 25% thinner than a standard blade and creates less product shavings or dust. These saw blades can also make underpowered saws more powerful. The saw blade has less material to clear and doesn’t have to work as hard. This saw is also good if you have don’t have material to waste and need clean cuts. The blade is very sharp and cuts right through wood with no issues. I highly recommend this thin-kerf blade.

Quality of cuts with this 42 tooth blade is much better than the 24 tooth blade that comes with the saw. Reasonably priced too.
