Wen’s #7 Skip Tooth blade is an accurate, smooth and fast-cutting blade that blew past the competitor’s #7 regular tooth pattern blade that I tested it against. I used the Wen and the other blade to cut identical patterns from 1/2″ hard maple and 1/2″ cedar to gauge the accuracy, ease of cutting and smoothness of finished cut. The Wen cut very easily and fed smoothly through both species of wood and the finished cuts were comparable to slightly favoring the Wen. Pretty good for a skip tooth blade! There was no sign of burning on either wood from the Wen blade, and some sections of the pattern had tight curves. Overall, an excellent blade!
