I am doing a review of Wen scroll saw blades Model BLRT05 #5 reverse – tooth. These blades are of the pinless design which makes them a bit difficult to install in my particular saw. The results using this blade are worth the extra installation time. The reverse tooth design provides a very clean cut requiring a minimal amount of finish sanding. I would recommend this product and I plan on trying some of the pin style blades manufactured by Wen.

Ordered these blades for our scroll saw which we use for craftwork supporting our church Christmas Bazaar. Blades were smaller than I thought, they came 12 to a pack and had reversed teeth for about one inch at one end of blade. Put one of the blades in saw and cut some quarter inch and half inch plywood to try out. Like a new blade , they cut very well. Due to size of blade, you can make very sharp right angle cuts. They are sturdier than I thought, especially cutting half inch plywood. These will come in handy for some of smaller items needing cut. They are painless, which I have not used often. Found out my saw was difficult to change these type blades (problem is saw, not blades).
