The table is what I expected it to be. Price was good. It came in fast to the store

Good drill for the price. Table is not level front to back , and there is no adjustment for it. I had to shim it. The mechanical variable speed works like a cvt. I guessed it would be the week point in slippage and it is. Placed a 3 inch forstner bit and drilled pretty fast, it slipped.

works great , just wish the clamps on bottom held tighter, get some movement. Afraid if i tighten to hard the plastic might break.

Overall, I am giving this table 4 stars, which may be somewhat generous. I am using it on a Wen 4210 10-inch 5-speed drill press which I ordered from Home Depot at the same time. Here’s what I like: good size, solid build, assembles easily & quickly, clamps to the drill press table easily even though it has plastic brackets for doing so (I know some folks have concerns that the mounting brackets may be too weak, I haven’t had a problem … yet). Here’s what I don’t like: the drill press’s table crank interferes with the Wen table so the auxiliary table must be removed before it can be raised or lowered; and the biggest complaint is that the track inserts are not compatible with standard hold-down bracket mounting hardware. I called Wen’s customer service (the person I spoke with was very helpful, by the way), who told me that Wen does not offer hold-down brackets sized for the table (wonder why not?) and he sent me a drawing of the track cross section which shows the width to be 12 mm. I found a 1/4 inch hex head bolt that fits OK. So, all in all, my complaints are fairly minor and I’m pretty happy so far with the table.

It’s… ok. I feel like if I took the time to make my own it would have been a lot better. For instance the base barely connects to the plate of the drill press. The top is rounded and the fence is sharp and square. The whole thing is MDF which is a bummer too. I dunno… the whole thing is meh IMO!

Fence and drill arbor interfere during drilling

My drill press table was an older one and a bit thicker table but was able to easily use longer all-thread to get the depth for clamping the table. Works great. Wish they would include a couple of the stop blocks instead of just one. I know it’s easy to make one – but some days…..

This drill press table is a good buy. It’s sturdy, quick to set up and easy to use. My only complaint is that the clamps that hold the table to the tool are not well suited to my 40-year-old Craftsman drill press. In my case, it was a quick and obvious fix to make a new clamp from a scrap of wood.

This is a great piece of equipment and I have used it many times since I have received it a few weeks ago. The only negative that I have is that when I attached some hold down clamps to the T-track rail, the T-track rail screws pulled out of the wood. I pushed the rail back into the groove, added glue to the screws and tighted back down. If needed I will use some tapered machine screws that extend through the bottom of the table and secure with nuts and lock washers. Otherwise, it seems to be a great investment.MJL

Bought this simultaneously with the Wen 4210 variable speed bench drill press. Easy to attach, and works beautifully. Just a few things could be a bit better. First off, the T-Track channels only accept a quarter-inch hex head bolt. Should have been made with the double channel T-Track that takes both 1/4″ & 5/16″ inch T-bolts or hex bolts. Second, the crank handle of the drill press hits the back of the table when it’s affixed all the way back on the drill’s iron worktable, so you can’t adjust your work height quickly. Easy fix though….loosen the MDF table and pull it out a short ways, set your drill height with the drill’s crank handle height adjustment, then move the MDF table back on the iron worktable and tighten it up. You can then use the adjustable fence & stop block to position your borehole location.

Love this little table. Easy to assemble and can be mounted to my drill press or band saw (I cut a slot so I could easily mount and dismount it on the band saw). Easy to move around in my shop. Very handy and useful.

Nice drill press. Easy assembly. Only one minor issue. Table elevation handle screw was striped.
