Nice looking #20 biscuits for wood joining. The size is stamped into the wood which is great in case you get them mixed together. The actual size is a little smaller (in inches)than the nominal size on the package ( and a little larger than the number shown in mm – go figure). Here they both are:Package size:Length 2-3/8″ (56mm)width 1″ (23mm)thickness 19/128″ (4mm)Measured size:2.213″ (56.21mm)0.918″ (23.31 mm) (close to 29/32 inch)0.160″ (4.06mm) (close to 5/32 inch)

I’ve bought several brands of biscuits and never had any issue. I always like to try new brands so I got these Wen’s which I’ve never seen before. Granted, I’ve only used a handful, but I cannot find anything to complain about. They fit snug, and the connections have been strong. I’m not a master woodworker but as far as I can tell, they work great.

I like to use biscuits when doing edge glueing boards to help line them up. These #0 biscuits work great when glueing 1 inch boards together. They expand nicely when absorbing glue, and help create a stronger joint. They works well with mitered joints as well. As long as the joint is wide enough to take a biscuit, it keeps the pieces lined up, as well as giving you a stronger joint. It is easier then using dowels, though not as strong.

WEN #10 FSC Certified Birch Wood Biscuits for Woodworking (100-Pack)They come in a resealable bag. This is my only complaint. I would prefer to have them in a jar with a lid. It is much easier to make sure that they stay sealed. They measure 2-1/8″ (53mm) x 3/4″ (19mm) x 19/128″ (4mm). each biscuit has “10” imprinted on them. They have a great quality control, have not found any that are not perfect. I joined several 1 by together making a cabinet and used over 100 of them. Great product.

I have used wood biscuits in my woodworking for many years and I have found these Wen biscuits to be of the highest quality. Biscuits are very versatile, I have used them for everything from shelves in bookcases to aligning planks for tabletops. Biscuits also increase the strength of the wood joints to the point that the wood will break rather than the wood joint.

Nothing to complain about with these biscuits. The #10 size seems to be perfectly within the tolerance of its size. The biscuits are not smooth…they have a diagonal cut design that works great for extra hold with wood glue. The size of the biscuit is stamped on its face so that there’s no doubt what size it is. This is great if your different size biscuits get mixed up. You always know what size you’re using.

These Wen biscuits are right on the size…the size is stamped on each individual biscuit, so there’s never any doubt on the size you’re using. They have a diagonal pattern cut into each biscuit to increase bonding strength with the wood glue. The birch biscuits seem strong for their given size and didn’t present any problems when joining my wood projects. These biscuits are dependable.

I’ve been using biscuits in my workshop for over 20 years. I’ve had great biscuits, and others that were a waste of my money. These biscuits are absolutely great quality. There are several reasons why I really like these. Each biscuit has it’s edges slightly eased (rounded), so it’s not a straight stamp cut. Having a straight stamp cut would sometimes hang the biscuit when inserting into the groove, or splintering. The roundness of the edges make for a very easy insert into the groove. The biscuits are made of solid beech wood, making for good expansion when in contact with the glue.Lastly, each biscuit has grooves running the diameter of each biscuit. This affords an easy spread of glue around each biscuit.Having a zip-lock, resealable bag is a nice plus as well.Overall, I really love these biscuits, and look forward to using them throughout my woodworking projects.Great, high quality product, and Highly Recommended.

These are great quality wood biscuits, they do not bend and I could not break them. They have several ridges so the glue has plenty of surface area to keep the 2 sections of wood held well with these biscuits. These are 1-27/32 of an inch long and 5/8 of an inch wide. 4 MM (19/128″) thick. These biscuits all have a very consistent size.I strongly recommend these biscuits for your wood working needs.
