It took some trial and error to get the best fit. That is to be expected, at first I was very happy, however, the swivel caster started to loose its ball bearings in about a week, now it’s not as maneuverable as it was, I don’t want to Send it back so I am looking for some new swivel casters.

It worked so well, I bought two, one for my table saw and one for my miter saw. Easy to assemble and use. Provides mobility and a stable base.

Assembly is a bit cumbersome as sliding the spacer washers into place requires more than two hands. A bench vise is a big help to hold the heavier corner pieces in place. The supporting rails sag unless you add extra bolts for support. Not an issue if you don’t have to fully extend the rails to match the size of the tool you are trying to make mobile. I bought two of these and one was short parts; nuts and washers. The instructions reference both metric and imperial size wrenches. But the parts are metric so if you don’t have metric tools you are better off with adjustable wrenches. Imperial ones do not allow for the needed tightening to support weight.

worked well for my craftsman table saw

Meets overall expectations for a my 12 planer. The only difficulty I encountered was the right foot locking wheel would not engage, after working on it for several hours, I contacted WEN customer service and they were able to get my replacement part right away. ,

Wen desperately needs an editor to develop their instructions.. not just on this, but with all their tools

I used this for a Delta cabinet saw, it supports the weight well enough, however when dropped down on the stationary feet it was impossible to get the saw level without shimming up the side opposite the casters by about half an inch.

the universal mobile base fulfilled all of my needs

I bought the unit to support a 25 X 27 table for a router table. The unit went togather fairly well, comparing the instructions with the illustration. For the weight the hardware is fine, by adding more bolts in the aligning holes will give it more support. It rolls easily and constructed well. Not a bad price compared to the other shop dollies.

I purchased this to help make an almost 300# band saw portable. There were a number of options available and many price points, but this provided what for me, was a solid product at a good price. My shop is a smooth cement floor and it works perfectly for moving it into position when I’m using at back again for storage. The saw is very stable when the wheels are retracted. The assembly was straightforward, if a bit tedious. It is just 20-30 bolts, depending on the size you set. I definitely recomend.

So far so good. Used for light weight craftsman bandsaw. Sturdy, heavy, moves equipment easily. ONly difficult part of assembly is determining correct size and what holes to use. Would buy again. Will see how it performs over time but this is not on a highly move item
