Easy to assemble & well made. Handles my “old school” Craftsman Table Saw (H-E-A-V-Y) and makes moving it around the workshop a breeze!

I purchased this mobile base to transport my radial arm saw, which is pretty heavy. No issues with the assembly; the instructions and pictures were easy to follow and complete. All the paint was good, all the pieces were there. Packaging looked good. By the way, I found it beneficial to read the first few pages of the booklet, especially if you have a drill press or top heavy tool to use with the mobile base. I think the product is definitely beefy enough for my radial arm saw – it feels solid. It moves pretty nice and the wheel/pad action is good – but take time to adjust the pad height correctly so when you let the base down, your wheels are not holding any of the weight. The base should sit firmly on the pads. Here’s a couple of time savers for assembly: 1) I used a 10mm nut driver on my low speed motorized screwdriver for the numerous 10mm bolts/nuts. Then, used two 10mm wrenches to tighten them down. 2) Be aware, the side pieces can be off a few degrees if you tighten the bolts without checking to see if the small (inner) piece is centered in the larger (outside) piece. Just loosen the bolts and center the pieces and tighten down. 3) When assembling the lift wheels, do not over tighten the bolts holding both the orange levers. They should be snug, but if you crank them down, the lift will not work because that lift handle needs to smoothly operate.

I used the Wen mobile base for my old Craftsman table saw. Assembly was strait forward and wound up fitting my saw very well after a little a little adjusting. It is sturdy and works well. The price was reasonable too.

Mobile base is great, exactly what I needed for my Band Saw.Only thing that would be better is the instructions.I am mechanically inclined and find things pretty easy to put togetherBut for a rookie they may have a little problem, Instructions should showmore pictures of pieces going together. It seems sturdy, moves my saw very easily and smoothGreat addition for my cramped space,

The base is sturdy and rolls well but there is no simple way to attach the legs of a tool stand. There is a bolt hole in the bottom of the corners of the base but the stands I have do not have a similar place to attach on the legs. I will figure something out but it is frustrating.

Loved this base. I put it on my table saw and have zero complaints besides it requires a little fine tuning to get everything right when putting it together. Nothing too bothersome.

The rollers work well and is a big improvement over the Sears stand that I bought with the table saw 30+ years ago. It would be even better with swivel casters all 4 sides, but it works well with just 2. It has added significant stablity to the base. The table saw is probably 200 lbs + so I didn’t test with 500.

This is a heavy duty product that seems like it will perform as advertised. It has a TERRIBLE assembly manual. There are black and white photos of key assembly details, taken of black parts, against a dark background. I suggest that you look at the photo used to sell it, and look ahead in the photos in the manual, before getting too far into assembly.

I have two of these mobile bases. They were easy to assemble, and functions perfectly. Price point was lower than others that I investigated. I used one for my Porter Cable drill press and the other for my Jet bandsaw, both tools are extremely heavy: with the base installed i’m able to move them around very easily.
