We are very happy with our new deep electric skillet. I like the extra depth so that I can do more with it than with the regular depth skillet…ie: deep fry – fried chicken, large family size meals and stir fry meals. Priced well and provides extra value.

Every thing is great except for the grease slot in the bottom of the pan . Food such as eggs , pancakes fall in and clog it up and also get stuck . Also takes about an inch off of cooking area . If you don’t want grease on your food don’t cook with it ! Bacon only has room for 6 pieces and 2 will fill the grease slot ,so drain on paper towel after cooking like all pans .Who came up with this stupid idea .
