Bought this a month ago, the top is warped and doesn’t close all the way, the pitcher is thin and requires a gentle touch, the basket is large and oddly shaped, 3 family size tea bags won’t cover the bottom of the basket letting the water run past. 3 tea bags are correct for the pitcher size. It ultimately works as it should.

I love this tea maker. Put your lemon or other fruit into the built in dispenser and have whatever flavor tea you like. Easy to use, Easy to clean. Glass pitcher gives me a feeling of being clean and stain free. Just need to be careful handling the glass pitcher. I pour the tea into a Tupperware pitcher after brewing.

Just purchased & am handling pitcher carefully, but so prefer the clarity of the tea with glass vs. plastic. I transfer the brewed tea into stainless thermos for refrigerator storage to avoid breakage. I put ice in the infuser basket while brewing, not added water as I like my tea strong. Look forward to adding fruit to infuser after brewing.

The iced tea maker is easy to use, and we like the glass picture even though it is fairly thin. Hot water is always filtering through when brewing. Some ice tea makers have a reservoir that manually releases at the end to control tea strength. This iced tea maker does not have that option. This tea maker is good for loose leaf tea since it has a good filter. Overall it has made very good tea.
