Easy to clean, easy to use. I am a little concerned that glad pitcher is so thin and might break easily, time will tell. I use 1/2 cup sugar and a dollop of honey, which I place in glass pitcher prior to brewing. Sugar melts as hot tea drips on it. That way there is no sticky syrup in the brew basket.❤

I bought this as an iced coffee maker but decided to use it as my iced tea maker.. I think it works better. But the ease of its use is awesome ..I just wish it would allow you to use more water and less ice ..but overall pretty decent

I had one of these iced tea makers years ago and absolutely loved it. I like this model and it’s definitely better than it’s competition but I don’t like how thin the glass pitcher is (although very pretty it feels as though it would shatter with the smallest of impacts). Would much prefer plastic personally. This one also doesn’t steep the tea for as long as the previous model so I find myself using more tea. My original purchase arrived with a broken on/off switch and the top warped with just one use but customer service was fantastic and immediately sent out a replacement.

I bought this to replace my old ice tea maker. It is similar and uses the same pitcher….even though it is made by a different company. So I have 2 pitchers which is great. Worked fine to first time and is still working fine after 3 weeks and I make a lot of tea, probably 3 or 4 pitchers a week.

Unfortunately the lid does not fit snugly to the pitcher. If I try to pour liquid from the pitcher the lid comes off and the contents spill.
