Found the product I wanted and Home Depot actually had the best price. Wouldn’t have thought of them first for a kitchen appliance like a tea pot!! It arrived within a few days which was lucky for me because my husband drinks gallons of tea every day. We’ve had several brands over the years but so far, like this one the best. The ease of pouring water in is great…..no more creating ponds on the counter! The brew strength took a few days to perfect but then again I live with a goldilocks; not too strong, not too weak, just right! The glass container is very thin as many other reviews have stated. This seems to be the only downfall in an otherwise perfect ice tea maker. West Bend tea maker seems to have combined all the best of the competitor brands and designed this fantastic one. Kudos to you, West Bend!

The unit I received is one that was returned. Just now starting the use process – looks like left over glue on the cord from a tag and noticed a couple tiny tea stains on the side with the on/off button. This is more of a reflection on Home Depot than the product itself.
