The Weston 6 Tray Digital Food Dehydrator Plus is the perfect tool to preserve foods for later use. Use to dry the season’s harvest for meats, making jerky and a variety of snacks. Ideal for making banana chips, fruit rollups, dried herbs, fruits and vegetables. The adjustable digital thermostat lets you adjust the drying temperature from 100° -160° and has a 48 hour timer with automatic shut off. The continuous air flow provides even drying for better taste. Includes one fine-mesh sheet for drying small foods like herbs and one solid sheet for making fruit roll ups.

Just started my first batch. The dehydrator seems to be functioning as promised although not as quietas I expected.Digital controls are great I only wish you could up the maximum temperature to 165` or slightly more.
