I like it only downside is that it didn’t come with a manual so I can take it apart and clean. other that that it’s great.

It’s small and compact. It slices fairly easy. It’s not to durable while slicing.

This is a very good and easy to use and clean meat slicer.

Works well, used it to slice roast beef and ham and several hard cheese’s, no problem keeping slices the same thickness.

The Weston slicer does a great job of slicing firm meat such as a partially thawed roast or cold cuts. Skip canned ham, it didn’t work well. Has a good adjustment range from 1/8’in up. Perfect for making bulgogi or sukiaki. Not hard to clean but it requires removing small scraps from the 7 oclock position. And the blade guard might be considered delicate.

The plastic protector is too far from the blade and does not allow for thin slicing

I had one of these for years while living in Texas, so I already knew what a great piece of equipment it was. However, my old one was lost along with everything else during hurricane Harvey. Now that I have resettled and rebuilding my life once again, this was among the necessities to replace as soon as possible. Caught it on sale and pounced right on it. Could not believe my luck.

The slicer is what I expected for the price. Works ok but a couple of issues. It is hard to clean and the plastic holder on the sliding part of the unit doesn’t hold the item being sliced very well. For the price I paid it was a still a good value and would recommend the slicer at this price.

The slicer was a little bigger than I expected, but easily handled. The only issue with it is the guide for the moving table does stick toward the end of use. I would recommend that a little mineral oil be used on the guide before each use to alleviate any frustration with pushing the food table into and past the blade. I did find that an old fashioned bottle opener works great to take off and put on the blade. The slices are uniform and easily handled. I use it mainly for slicing fruit for dehydrating.
