This 14 inch ceramic non stick Wilton pizza pan(s), set of 2, is a great addition to our pan collection. This pan has a nonstick surface that allows for the cooking of either home-made or frozen pizzas. The pan is dishwasher safe. Avoid sharp knives when cutting the pizza however pizza cutters thus far work fine on this ceramic surface. The pan has guides on the outer side of pan to add to the ease of cutting proportioned pizza slices. I highly recommend this product.

What I like most about these pans are the easy-cut guides (8 evenly-spaced notches in the rim of the pan) which helps with cutting even slices of pizza pie. I also like the 14″ size, which is plenty big for most frozen pizzas but also is a manageable size for a homemade pizza. What concerns me about these pans is the conflicting usage information: although advertised as “Safe for Most Metal Tools”, the Use and Care directions state “Do not use sharp or serrated metal tools or knives, as they may cut through the non-stick coating.” I’m not sure what other metal tools I would be using on these pans? Spoons?

These large 14″ ceramic-coated pizza pans made by Wilton are terrific! I had a can of pizza dough in the fridge for “emergency pizza” and I used one of the pans for a pizza and the other pan was used for hot dog crescent rolls. I always have trouble with canned dough sticking to my other baking pans so I felt this would be a great test. I was thrilled with the results! Both browned really well and actually slid around the pan after baking. Clean up was a breeze as I was able to wipe them with a napkin to remove anything left over from baking before quickly and easily washing them. They are dishwasher-safe but too tall for me between racks and not necessary anyway. They have deep ridges to contain food and cutting guidelines if needed. These are great pans and I highly recommend them!

These pizza pans have a nice high edge so that it is easy to make pizzas with lots of topping and a thick edge crust. I made two pizzas with these pans and also two other pizzas that I put in other non-stick pans for comparison. In all cases I did not oil the pans, I just put the flour-yeast-water-salt-sugar crust dough directly on the bare pans’ surfaces. As shown in the photos, these Wilton Ceramic-Coated pizza pans had absolutely no sticking. They performed at least as well as the comparison pans. Tomato sauce that cooked on the edges easily lifted off for cleaning. These pans are plenty stiff. They did not bend at all when I lifted the cooked pizzas out of the oven by the edges of the pans. A nice touch is that embossed into the edges of the pans are marks to help guide cutting the pizzas.

Wilton Ceramic-Coated 14 in. Non-Stick Pizza Pans (Set of 2) These pizza pans are extremely non-stick and worked great. I place pizzas in the pans and inserted in a pre-heated 425-degree oven. Pizzas came out great with a browned crust and perfect cooked bottom. Easy to see cutting marks on the pan rim for perfect size slices as a guide. Clean up was easy with a wet sponge and some dish detergent. I sure they will also cook cookies, or one large cookie as planned for a birthday gift. These pans can be used to cook anything and are dishwasher safe. The pans are 7/8-inch-deep and are rated to use metal cutting tools, with the caution on back of label to NOT use serrated metal tools or knives as they may damage the non-stick coating. Also a notation to avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, just the same as other non-stick surfaces. I did not cut the pizza on the pan. The pan worked great, no food items at the bottom of the oven. The pizza slid off onto a heated pizza brick with ease and the pizza was cut there as we did not want to damage the pan.

Super pizza pans. Pizza is a big hit in my household. So having 2 pans is even better. They are indeed a pale gold and 14″ for those bigger pizzas. There are marks on the pan for cutting that perfect piece of pizza. It also cooks the pizza crust so evenly. They clean up so easily that I just hand wash. I wish all my pots and pans were as easy to clean as these are. There will be a lot more fresh pizza cooked in my home.

These Wilton Ceramic-Coated 14″ Non-Stick Pizza Pans are NOT your usual flimsy, thin pizza pans that usually end up warping and then the bottom is no longer flat to brown your crust.Wilton is a trusted brand name in bakeware and they did not disappoint with these amazing, well-made, heavy-duty pizza pans. Because they are 14″ in diameter and you get 2 of them, they accommodate very large pizzas for a large group if need be. I used one of mine with a 10″ diameter pizza and it cooked it to perfection. The crust was uniformly browned and crispy and the pizza itself was evenly cooked throughout.They are top rack dishwasher safe, but clean up is so easy because of the ceramic non-stick surface, there really is no need to use the dishwasher. A really nice feature is that there are 10 marks on the top edge of the pans to help you gauge where to cut your pizza to assure consistent, uniform slices every time.I will definitely be using these pans for baking cookies as well. It’s near impossible to get uniformly cooked and browned cookies on my old pans and I believe these pizza pans will be the solution to that problem.This is a heavy duty, well-made product from Wilton with great features!

Great pans for at home pizza, or to use as cookie sheets. My wife wanted these pans for use in out GE Advantium (r) oven as she’s always running out of pans that will fit in our oven. They do and even though they are not specifically designed for the oven, they work just fine with the rotation mechanism.The nonstick coating is smooth and the pans have a good heft to them. So far they seem to be durable as well.My wife is pleased with how they work when baking cookies and crackers. I have to admit I am enjoying the results too.Another nice feature that I’m looking forward to using the next time I make pizza is the markings to assist getting even sized pieces cut out of a pizza. The raised marks should make it easy to line up the perfect slice.

These are marketed as Pizza pans but I think we can get additional use out of them for cooking/warming more than pizza. These are deep dish pans which is really good. The pans are about ¾” to 1” deep. It is very durable. It has marks around the edging to help guide pizza cutting. Not really necessary but a nice touch I guess. The instructions state it is safe to put in the dishwasher but not to use the pellets. We typically do not wash these types of pans in the dishwasher just to further protect the pan. I find some of the information on the packaging contradictory. It states on the front which is visible prior to purchasing “safe for most metal tools.” Yet on the back, which is visible only after removing it from the pan, “do not use sharp or serrated metal tools or knives, as they may cut through the non-stick coating.” I haven’t seen a dull metal object that I’ve ever used to cut a pizza. A metal pizza cutter has a very sharp edge and would potentially damage this pan. I personally wouldn’t use anything metal. Plastic tools tend not to cut pizza well. I would remove the pizza before cutting to ensure protecting the surface. Aside from that it overall seems like a good quality set of pans. Having had many Wilton products this is a great addition to our collection.

These pizza pans are great. I wasn’t sure what to expect when shopping for pizza pans at Home Depot, but now I know Home Depot offers great kitchen supplies just like other retail stores. The pans are sturdy, something hard to find in pans I have discovered. The finish is consistent and as described, non-stick. And the 14 inches is perfect for a good size pizza. I like these pans and would recommend them to anyone.
