The pans seem well made & seem to have a decent coating of non-stick.I have used all three pieces of this non-stick pan set. I have made several dozen peanut butter & chocolate chip cookies (see pictures). I have also made homemade meatballs, chicken tenders, baked burritos, twice-backed potatoes with extra cheese, sheet cake for rolled ice cream cake. So far these pans have been outstanding. Burnt cheese & burnt meatball drippings came off very easily, huge plus. The pans cool down fast, another plus. I love how the pans have drainage holes on the ends of the pans to help drain water after washing (see pictures). After washing & drying I recommend placing in the oven to dry the inside curled rims of the pans to help extend the life of them. I did have warping (see pictures) so using them for thin sheet cake is not recommended. I have debated whether I should give this set 4 or 5 stars because of the warping. I decided to give them 4 stars. With that being said, I absolutely love them. The warping doesn’t bother me for what I will be using them for. I definitely recommend this set!

These are solid! I enjoy baking and the largest cookie pan really lets you fill your oven with a huge batch all at once. There’s zero warping and quality is top notch. Also, they are truly non-stick. The Wilton name is what got me looking at purchasing these in the first place and I am very pleased I bought them. I highly recommend. On top of all that . . . Home Depot shipping is always fast and well packaged.

This review is for Wilton three cookie pan set, Wilton Stock No.2105-8403. This is a premium bakeware product of steel construction that is fully nonstick coated. The pan sizes are 21 x 15, 11 x 17 and 10 x 15 inches. These are interior, not overall exterior dimensions. The pans are heavy and have rolled edges making them strong and resistant to warping. They are not equipped with what I would call handles although they are easily picked up with oven gloves because of the sloped ends and the rolled edges. I tried them for baking Quaker oatmeal, raisin chocolate cookies with excellent results. I followed by baking a second oven load of the cookies using the same cookie dough on much older uncoated steel pans of the same sizes of another popular brand. As the Wilton pans are a dark color, I set the oven temperature 25 degrees cooler. Despite a cooler oven, the cookies baked on the Wilton pans required about 15 percent less baking time than cookies baked using the older uncoated steel pans. The end product for both bakings was excellen, albeit a bit more even result with the Wilton pans. The baking was done without greasing the pans. The Wilton-baked cookies slid off of the baking pans with ease. Those on the uncoated old brand pans were not stuck to the pans, but the Wilton pans were easier to clean after the use. I weighed all of the pans finding the Wilton pans significantly heavier than the old uncoated pans of the same sizes. For example, the Wilton 11 x 17-inch pan weighs 1 pound, 13 ounces vs. 1 pound, 1/2 ounce for the old uncoated pan of the same size. This Wilton pan set has a 10-year limited warranty. Overall, this is an excellent product by a company that has been in existence since 1929.

I was unsure what to expect with these premium non stick cookie pan set. Wiltons set of 3 large non stick cookie sheets are for big cooking jobs! The large pan allows you to bake more in less time! The non stick surfaces allow for quick clean up and easy release of food.They will be great for appetizers fish chicken veggies cookies and much more I am sure! They are dishwasher safe. Light easy to handle and come with a full 10 year warranty! The three pack is a great variety of sizes. I have a friend who is a cook and was drooling all over these wanting to cook something up! So she made me a full chicken on the largest pan. It came out perfectly> seems to be a very good transfer of heat into the pans and what you are cooking! I will be using these for many years to come!

Great size as long as your oven is large enough for the large pan which mine is. Just measure before you purchase. I have not baked directly on it yet, I used parchment paper and it was very easy to clean up. The only reason I gave this four stars and not five is because it does buckle when put in the oven, however, it does go back to its original shape when it cools. This did not matter to me but to some it may.

Wilton has always been my go-to for non-stick bakeware. They are a nice solid feel, not too heavy and not at all flimsy. I like the dark finish and they bake things up very nicely. I love the 3-pack with a great variety of sizes. The larger pan is larger than the ones you get in most bakeware sets and it comes in very handy! I love having the small ones when I just need to pop a few little things in the oven too. Can’t ever have too many of these. They wash up nicely and hold up to lots of use.
