The cookie sheets were very sturdy and arrived quickly. There was a small slash on the bottom of the largest pan, so time will tell how that holds up, but they are really great for the price overall. I love the larger sizes and have already used them a few times to reheat leftovers. I haven’t baked anything directly on them yet so I can’t comment on how easy it is to clean burnt on food, but a quick wipe down was really simple with the nonstick coating making it seem like it would hold up well to messy foods.

Set of 3 Non-Stick Cookie Pans. Sizes are 21 x 15 inch, 17 x 11 inch and 15 x 10 inch. Instructions say that these sheets are dishwasher safe but it is recommended that you hand wash using warm soapy water to prolong the non-stick surface. The three size give you some options for each use. I used the medium size for a batch of cookies and while not all the cookies slid to the end of the pan when I raised the other end, those that didn’t just needed a little nudge. These pans have sides so they can retain liquid.

These are good pans as Wilton products usually are. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that they aren’t as heavy duty as I anticipated.

These pans are great! I’ve been using Wilton products for years. I have many cake pans (official cake decorator of the grandkids and I have 10 of them!) There are 3 sizes of these cookie sheets. I have been using the big one for a couple dozen cookies at a time-they bake evenly and well. I love the smaller one for the “tail end” of the batch (when you only have enough to bake 3-5 cookies). I’ve used the middle for jelly rolls-perfect size. They clean up super well when I’ve put the smaller ones in the dishwasher. The larger one I clean by hand. They’re very sturdy. I would like to get another set!

The Wilton 3 Piece Bakeware is a nice, heavy duty set of Cookie Sheets. They are heavier than other products that we have had before. They have a very nice looking non-stick finish that looks like it should hold well. The pans measure 15½” x 21½”, 12” x 17¾”, and 10¾” x 15¾”, which give a good variety for many baking needs. The instruction on the package state that although dishwasher safe, using dishwasher tablets, abrasive pads or cleansers can damage the finish. They recommend for the best result to use warm soapy water and then towel dry. In our initial use the non-stick surface has worked very well.These are the best quality of cookie sheets we have ever owned, and I would definitely order again!

Excellent non stick with initial uses. Note that the biggest pan was unexpectedly large, but my fault for not checking the size. Nonetheless, actually quite useful for my growing family. Note that it definitely is a bit unwieldy when trying to wash!
