I bought this after owning the 20v. Love the power, but being a 71 year old woman about 5ft 2 it is too long for me. It does not adjust. I wish you would make a 40 v like the adjustable 20v revolution. I would buy one! I love your products but was disappointed in this product.

So much easier to use than my 2 previous gas trimmers and little maintenance. Great for light and average yards. Only drawback is that with only 1 string it’s a little slow on thick, heavy grass. Other than that I would buy it again!

The guard keeps flying off then it uses to much string. Don’t know how to make it stay on! Keep clipping it back on and it just flys back off as soon as I go to use it.

Great power, works very well! This Trimmer is awesome; however, it is too big for my female frame. I have the older model that is lighter and shorter so I will buy a new model that is shorter and lighter. Also, I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a return label with no success so far. The customer service individuals are very nice but do not seem to be able to get the return label to me. I just want tp return the trimmer so I can get a different one.
