I was given this as a gift and have used it for everything except drilling into cement where I use my hammer drill. Several weeks ago the drill would would stutter and sometimes would not turn. I always have my works standby battery charged so it should not be the battery. I would have given the drill a 5 star rating if this didn’t happen. What can I do to solve this problem. This drill works great. You can switch from drill bit to screw driver bit with the press of one lever, saving time from having two drills for some projects. The 20 volt Lithium-Ion battery last a long time between charges. Bought this one for my son because I have one that I received as a gift two years ago and I love it. I recommend this drill all the time. I do have other drills but this one gets used the most.

The 2 in 1 feature makes any job so much easier. Spend a lot less time changing drill bits so the job goes so much faster. You can drill your hole then switch over and put your screw in. It’s a breeze. Cordless model is easy to use. 20v battery is more than adequate to get the job done

Overall it works as expected and will probably tackle 90% of common household projects. I don’t feel much difference in the 12 torque settings but it’s still a solid tool. You could probably get a more powerful drill/driver set for the same price at a major retailer but since this came with two batteries and I own 4 other worx products I purchased the worx drill instead.
