I used my reciprocating saw right after receiving it. I was very pleased with it’s lightweight and easy to handle, yet able to be powerful. I was able to cut large amount of different size wood, including 4x4s & 2x10s. I felt the batteries lasted a good length of time for the amount of cutting I did.

I bought this to help me cut up fallen branches for recycling pick up . I was thinking it might be too heavy for me to operate as I am a small woman and 83 ! I am so pleased with how easy it is to operate ! The saw still had power when I stopped ! I filled 3 trash cans with branches !

I bought this reciprocating saw for various projects, including working in the yard trimming tree branches that are too small for the Worx JawSaw or Worx Chainsaw/Polesaw, but are big for hand saw. I am glad to see more rechargeable tools coming on the market. One of my biggest “pet peeves” on outdoor power tools are the problem with dragging an extension cord to the jobsite. You know how it is, you get out the cord, string it out and around obstacles that can’t be moved easily. You start the work and boom, the extension cord snags on something and disconnects from the power grid. With the Worx line of rechargeable tools and some extra batteries, this isn’t a problem.
