There’s a little bit of a learning curve to get it up and running. But, once you learn it, the possibilities are awesome. I use it in television production to trigger my sound board. I took away a star because it’s a pain to program if you use a mac. You can’t just record actions like it shows in the video. That’s only PC. You need to go into the programming software and build each step of the action step by step.

I’ve used the PC programming tool with this device and it’s quite easy to use. It’s kind of surprising that PI doesn’t offer any native interface for Mac, instead choosing to pass the buck to a third party programming tool called Controllermate (note: not Catalina compatible). Their workaround is literally to tell you to go program it on a PC. This is not an option for me, so I was stuck with Controllermate. While I eventually got it to install and program a basic keystroke function, it was several hours and and attempts to do so. I would have returned the item had I known what I would have to endure to make this work (it was my fault for not getting to it sooner). I still can’t turn off the LED’s. The user support for this software is also lacking. Pretty disappointing overall for a product that is otherwise reliable and does what it says.

Speeds up the time it takes to type and correct things and very easy to use. I bought of them and wish I could afford a third
