The Wacom Cintiq 21UX has a DVI-I connector, but I wanted to use it with computers that have DisplayPort connectors. This adapter let me do that and has performed well with both macOS & Linux (haven’t tested Windows yet, but it should work just fine too). Make sure your Cintiq is in DVI mode instead of VGA mode and you should be good to go (this is an adapter, not a powered converter; you can only adapt between digital signals and can’t convert analog to digital with an adapter, thus the tablet needs to be in DVI mode so it uses digital display signals [VGA mode is analog]).
