I got this Webcam as an interim device until my backordered name brand cams arrive. It’s plug-n-play, quality seems fine, no problems so far. It was shipped promptly and arrived on time. Obviously I cannot yet comment on its long-term durability. No complaints!

Quality of product is fine. Easy to connect. Very reasonable price works perfect in zoom calls.

Excellent webcam performs as advertised. Plug and play with Windows 10 no problem at all. The focus has been excellent. I bought one I liked it so much I got one for my husband for Father’s day. I’ve recommended this my fellow professors at my college. my only complaint is that you can’t turn it vertical there’s no way to rotate the image that I could discover and I tried hard to figure that problem out.

I have a MB Pro in clamshell mode connected to an external monitor due to limited desk space. With virtual meetings all over, I was looking for a USB powered Webcam that just worked. Fortunately, this came along and I’m glad I got it. It just works for me. I’m not sure about the video quality that the other parties see, but as long as they can see and hear me, that’s all that I care about.

Optics are HD but color balance is too warm/red sometimes. Sound has static intermittently – not when I speak but at random times. I’ll recheck the USB connection. There is a lot of equipment close to the camera (router, Verizon FIOS optical interface, UPS) that may be at fault. Like others here I bought this because Logitech is absent from the market now due to China supply chain and tremendous pandemic demand.

Great camera. Nice picture and sound quality. Well worth it.

The camera and mic work well and so far the mechanism to hold it on top of the monitor allows for good vertical positioning. The cable is long enough to attach to my computer on the floor.

This webcam works, and spins 360. There isn’t much else it does. The video quality is better than most internal webcams, but not as good as any other external webcam I’ve used. There is a problem in mine where the audio pops, like there is a bad connection. I will be exchanging this for a different model if available. But I’ll have to spend more money if I want something that works.

I have to hand it to the BNH reviewer whose review of this device sound like an undiscovered high school prom queen. The camera is only a hue of “crisp and clear-” possibly due to the manufacturer trying to have a soft focus built in? Sound Works well and it is super easy to use- but hey, $50 for getting done the basics is what this camera is about. Here’s the thing, the review isn’t wrong- everything he says is pretty accurate- but again, for the money you’re not going to get on-air quality. I would buy it if you are needing something reliable and “Uber easy” to use while waiting for BnH stock to come back in.

Seems to work fine for video conferencing but the record feature doesn’t appear to work properly. It seems ok at 1080 but that is too big a file to share when I reduce the quality the sound is good but the video goes into a much faster speed

I bought this based on the review posted on the BH website, and because there are no other choices available and I needed an additional webcam. I’m returning it. The image quality is poor by comparison to the webcam built into my laptop or to the quality on my Logitech webcame, and the audio/mic doesn’t seem to work. Great, fast delivery from B&H, as always, but a totally inferior product.

The connection to my PC was instant. Works well in most programs like Skype, Zoom…

Good price, video and sound quality are fine. We were looking for Logitech c930e for the zoom feature but hey you can’t buy them except on eBay for a ridiculous amount. We settled with 8 of these and will order more. They work fine for our needs with Teams. 4 stars because it can’t zoom but other than that it’s great.

Webcam mounts easily to the top of the monitor. The image is quite good. Picks up sound very well.

With starting to take part in Zoom conferences, found that this was a good alternative to using my smart phone. Easy to set up and use. Clear images even in low light and with the focus spot shown when setting up the camera, it makes it easy to position the camera to provide desired coverage. Syncing of image and voice has not been a issue with no lag in auto focus.

Received this camera the other day, and so far, not pleased. On Zoom, for some reason, I ended up with a decidedly purple tint that I didn’t have when using the built-in laptop camera. This morning, when trying to use a green screen with virtual background, the camera couldn’t seem to hold focus on me so kept intermittently blurring me during the call. Not the look I was going for…. I had to switch to the built-in camera. The idea was to have a better HD one that I could move, but so far, this camera has been more trouble than help.

Used it yesterday for a MEET broadcast and it worked great. Learning curve takes about 2 minutes

If you don’t have any camera, this works and will provide a video image. However, it is not a good as the built-in webcam on my laptop and I was hoping to improve upon that one. Image is soft, the camera has a hard time with shadows/sunlight and comes out with higher than expected contrast in those situations.

I bought this when I was unable to find another Logitech C920 in stock. I am very pleased.
