The HDWC-WA10 boasts a glass lens for superb video quality along with automatic white balance, low light correction that automatically adjusts to ambient conditions, and a focusing range of 2.8″ to infinity. Thanks to an omndirectional mic with a 360° pickup pattern that can pick up audio from 9.8 to 16.4′ feet away, you’ll have high-quality audio whether you’re right in front of the microphone or off to the side. If you’d like to connect the HDWC-WA10 to a tripod, there is a 1/4″-20 threaded mount. Otherwise, an integrated clip unfolds and clips onto your monitor or laptop screen.

For the money, this thing is great. Compared to others, it is still a solid choice. Bit dark at times, but has a great wide angle lens. Haven’t tried the mic.

I purchased this because my 5 year old son broke my Logitech C922. There are basically no webcams available so I just purchased this with no regard of how it would perform. I know cameras well because I stream for religious organizations all the time, and I’m telling you this camera is great for its price. It’s not a Logitech, but it performs at 1080p quality which is all I needed right now.

Works great on Windows 10 just by plugging in, no special configuration necessary. It is a big larger than I was expecting, but it is not bad. Also, the viewing angle is huge. Not sure if I was expecting something more like a laptop camera, but it is very wide; looks more like a typical camera streamers would use. That said, the image is excellent and it has a very responsive auto-focus feature that is much appreciated. The clamp on it also surprised me positively. I was worried it wouldn’t sit properly on top of my monitor, but the moving part on the clamp is sturdy and keeps it in place easily. Its design also allows for it to be placed on the table instead, which also works fine. Additionally you can rotate the head separately so it faces you properly whether it is above or below you. Microphone sound was clear (according to people I’ve interacted with when using it). Probably the best you can get for its price. Highly recommended.

Extremely easy setup, straight plug and play. You just have to cut the audio on in Zoom and adjust the brightness. Focus seems spot on. For the money it is an excellent choice. I was tired of waiting for the Logitech, and this fits the bill so far. I don’t unplug it from the computer when I am through using it, just cut it off and put it down.

I read the review on B&H and decided to try this. I have a Dell laptop with a camera in the lower left corner, and I never can look at other people during Zoom meetings. I always appear to be looking away. So I bought this. great for Zoom AND I can hang it above my table and play board games remotely with friends during this time of isolation. A Great buy – excellent quality and portability.

I relied on B&H to supply a webcam I could count on out of the box as opposed to some outfit that has dozens of dubious quality webcams on their web site I was not disappointed. While this webcam is slightly below my first choice, the Logitech C920, at this point I would have ordered two more if they weren’t already sold out.

awesome camera — my son automatically noticed how much better it was the built in camera for zoom calls. comes with a really long cord so you can do a family zoom call without having everyone crowded around the screen. a few nits. 1 — wished it swivelled -it doesn’t so if it’s on the top of your computer it simply aims straight ahead. 2 — microphone is not quite as good as the built in computer but that doesn’t really matter. 3 — wished that it had a better clamping device — as it is, there is no spring on the clamp, so it will either sit on a surface closed with a little bit o tilt ability (that’s a good thing so a spring wouldn’t be good for that, but if you want to put it on the side of your computer screen (sometimes that helps with zoom calls when your are sceen sharing, you need a rubberband to secure the clamp as there is no spring. 4) it’s a wide angle camera — great for getting everyone in the view but not so good if you have a zoom call and you just want the focus to be on you and want to avoid distracting background — haven’t found a way to adjust the zoom in the computer either. but overall , no regrets for buying this — plugged it in and worked first time and now everytime i use it. no issues — windows 7 laptop (yeah i know)

I absolutely love this camera! I just wish it had the ability to zoom. However, other cameras weren’t available during the pandemic so I ordered this and it came quickly and has fabulous resolution. I’m very, very happy. However I will buy another camera when it becomes available for the zoom capability.

This webcam was easy to set up and works as I would expect a webcam to work. It plugs into a USB port and picture and sound come right on. Easy to adjust the angle on top of a monitor. It came in an unmarked box.

I recently bought this for my sister who was previously using her PC laptop’s built in camera as her webcam which was horrible, it had the clarity of a stained glass window! This has noticeably improved quality and I like the autofocus. I’m going to be buying another couple for myself and brother-in-law.

Do not buy this product. B&H is great, but as a Zoom camera this option is pitiful. It can’t lock-in on a focal length so half the time you are blurry, there are horrible hot spots on areas directly lit – forehead for me, and I have a full head of hair, and the cone of vision is too wide for laptop use – on a Zoom call everyone else mostly fills the screen, with this camera you are half the size of everyone else…..The only reason I bought it is that my Dell laptop has the camera at the hinge so the camera angle is straight up the nose. Not flattering, I don’t care who you are. I’m returning the Xcellon….at my own expense. B&H should drop this product.
