Using its integrated 5.1″ USB Type-C cable, it connects to your compatible Windows, Mac, iPad, Linux, or Android device and provides users with one USB 3.0 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a UHS-I SDXC card reader, and a UHS-I microSDXC card reader. Since USB Type-C uses the same interface as Thunderbolt 3, this hub may be used with Thunderbolt 3 ports, although it will operate at USB 3.0 speeds.

I haven’t used the SD card reader yet, but the connection for wireless devices that have USB connection is good. Quality feels good and worth the price.

As I upgraded by MacPro 2008 to a new Mac mini m1, I needed a new way to conect my external drives, and this worked fine. I also used an SD card and it appeared quickly on my computer screen. So, everything worked, which is what I hope for.

I’ve had great reliability with Xcellon hubs and this one seems to a quality hub. It’s small and has the ports I need. It doesn’t have the advertised speed though, despite using it with a new Mac. It’s not slow either, just not what I expected performance wise.
