This was purchased when I was unable to find a memory expansion chip the machine would recognize. It increased the printing speed so it does work but the machine does not recognize the memory on the diagnostic’s printout. Do not be mislead by the Productivity Kit description Xerox calls this. All you get is a memory chip with installation instructions. Similar chips sell for 40 to 50. Most offices will need the expansion to avoid the lengthy start up of routine prints off of the web. This becomes a disguised 100 price increase.
