   I purchased this from bh photo probably many times, but, this time, it caused nothing but trouble, it left a oily film on the drum of the printer from the 1st print. When I researched, apparently there is a way of placing these since the oil inside drains if you store them vertically, this seem to be the case with mine. I can’t get a clear consistent print out of my printer. I am outside of my return window by the time I realized what was happening and threw away the box. Trusting b&h all this time by supplying the product in the right condition was never an issue, I am left with a useless kit of a $2500 printer that smears and messes up every print.

   I watched my Xerox Color Cube remind me to replace the maintenance kit, giving pages until I needed to. I figured, like all things, one can get a few extra pages out of it. No way! Please keep one in stock, for, when it is finished, it is finished! Luckily, my new one arrived in 2 business days, instead of the 5, I was told to expect. My favorite printer EVER, and I want to take care of it!
