Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

Advertised as a wireless capable printer. It constantly drops off and I have to troubleshoot the connection every few weeks. It’s never the same issue. If you need a wireless printer, get something else. I would not recommend this for wireless printing, scanning, etc. Otherwise, it’s a fine printer – just not meeting my needs or the advertised capabilities.

Right after my year warranty expired the printer stopped working, won’t recognize new ink, and has error messages that even stop me from hard resetting it. It’s effectively a heavy piece of trash now.

Love our new printer and many of the neat features! It has made some of my work much easier… I did not give 5 starts as a score since I can not scan to my computer. I have reinstalled and uninstalled several times and wasted SO MUCH TIME… I gave up once I found I could scan to a USB. Not perfect.. but not wasting time! I would suggest a QUICK preview of how to! You should not need to hire someone to set this printer up. I am very computer savie.. but this has been a pain and is not intuitive!

This is my second laser printer and it has met my expectations after using a Dell Laser printer for over 11 years. The ink cartridges are pricey but do last through several months of printing for my personal and organizational use. I always recommend powder over liquid ink. My only issue is not being able to select micro doc for a scan outcome. I do jpeg and pdf scans. Maybe I just need to figure out how to covert pdf to word doc without spending money on an expensive app. I highly recommend this printer.

This product is not made for a small business. It requires you to change paper settings constantly!! The scan to email is brutal to set up. The whole thing is a flop on my end

This printer is okay if you are simply printing basic materials. The double sided feature works but I find that the rollers ‘double print’ often. When I print on card stock – and all trays were accounted for properly with type of stock, etc. – i cant run more than 4 as i end up throwing out the rest. I have better luck with a master copy and printing on the paper, but still I encounter the same thing. Now i take my large projects to a print shop. I have the same issue with com 10 envelopes – in addition to the bypass tray claims its constantly jammed when in reality it just doesnt pick up the envelope. Been frustrated so haven’t even tried the booklet feature other than once – it didnt work. Instead of a booklet, it printed on separate pieces of paper. I also find its not nearly as user friendly as my old printer as I have to constantly make changes on the machine instead of the print que like the last printer. Bottom line – straight printing from your computer – it works fine. Other than that, its not one i would purchase again for my business.

I am a small business owner and this printer meets or exceeds all of my needs. The only issue I take with it is when it is in sleep mode I cannot wake the computer by simply printing, I have to physically touch the printer to wake it up.

I love the quality and speed. My one frustration is that it needs be to rebooted often for some unknown reason, which is time consuming. Whether it is a technical problem or a user problem is unknown. Almost once an hour, it has to be rebooted, which cuts down my productive time considerably.

If I could, I would return this printer. The only thing good about it is the print quality. The control panel stops responding so I have to repower it several times a day. The tech said it was static but it stops even when I haven’t touched it. The scan feature requires one to scan from the printer, one cannot scan from their computer so typing in a file name is one little character as a time. Mine continually stops and asks for a paper type even though I only have one tray – just print from the tray. It is an 8-1/2×11 paper and always will be. Why do I continually have to verify the resource. I DO NOT like this printer.

This is a great machine for home office use. We homeschool and own our own business, so it gets a lot of use. The toners last a long time, and they are super quick and easy to change out. The easiest we’ve ever owned. The basic functions are easy to use, copy, scan, etc. It is a little challenging to get a computer to connect to it, if you’re not super tech savvy. We did recently discover that it will copy 2 sided pages to 2 sided pages which was awesome. Over all it’s a good machine and we’re happy with the purchase. It’s our first Xerox and so far it’s been great.
