Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

The printer features are more than adequate. It is capable of printing and copying double sided which is a big plus. The print and copy quality is excellent. Color turns out great. Initial setup was a bit of a challenge. Overall this is a great printer and I would recommend it to anyone!

This is a great machine! The only thing I had trouble with was finding the admin password to be able to properly configure the unit. After many searches and digging, it was found to be the product’s serial number on the sticker on back. Had this been specified in the instructions it would have saved me a day of frustration. Other than that, it is a great workhorse for black/color prints alike!

High resolution color printouts such that one cannot tell the difference between color copies and their color originals. Printout speed is incredibly fast. Setup via Wired Ethernet was fairly quick and easy.

The unit wakes up at any time especially in the middle of the night!! The scanner jams 90% of the time doing 2 sided scans. There is some Xerox Update for Windows that keep failing and I can’t get rid of it. It makes it so I can’t install other Windows Updates!!!

We use our Xerox 6515 color printer/copier every day. Absolutely NO problems. Excellent color. Our Xerox 6515 is connected to our internal wifi network, so each of us can print directly to our Xerox 6515 printer. B&H did an excellent job identifying the Xerox 6515 for our needs, from many other candidate devices for printing, copying and scanning.

I owned a smaller Xerox printer for a number of years (the 6015) and it had reached the end of its life. I went looking for a new printer and went to Xerox, first. I studied a number of models and ultimately landed on the 6515. It’s a bit more powerful than I had expected (for home use), but I don’t regret having any of its features! It prints lightning fast. The print mechanism results in prints that not only look good, but also feel good. Personal laser printers usually result in pages that have just a bit of curl to them and just generally feel lower-quality than what you’d get from a large office MFD. The 6515 delivers prints that rival machines many times its size. I routinely print presentations and materials for work when I’m on-deadline from home, and then show up to meetings with materials already in-hand that are indistinguishable from what I might have printed on our large machines in the office. Many years ago I worked for a large printing/copying chain and had access to top-notch equipment. It spoiled me for what I’d later encounter in the “real world.” This printer hearkens back to that quality – and it’s blazing fast. The built-in double-siding mechanism, double-sided scanner, scan to SMB share (folder on your computer)… all terrific! I haven’t yet gotten the scan to email to work despite some valiant attempts. This is difficult on most printers due to the many variables needed to be met to make a device capable of sending an email from an account. I haven’t yet tried using my gmail account, and that may be easier. Despite this, I’ve been scanning to a folder I set up on my computer and it works great. I feel like I have a whole legitimate copy shop on my desk. It’s remarkable what it’s able to create. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who demands quality from their printer!

Very little wait time before the units starts to print. Printed and copied copies are clear and sharp. When copying both sides using the sheet feeder, the unit copies them in one pass which is good when the article is torn from a magazine. If you have a paper type mismatch, the unit notifies you and tells you what paper is expected (e.g., A4). Footprint is significantly smaller than my previous workcenter – nice for a home office.

There’s a slight delay between the print command and when the printer begins printing but everything else is very quick. I haven’t had any issues with this printer. Color and black and white images seem to print at the same speed and images are very clear and professional.

Great printer, quick scanning from the feeder, excellent color output. WiFi network setup is a little cumbersome, but wired is nearly plug and play. (Also, having some problems printing from my RHEL systems, but I haven’t had a chance to look further in to what might be going on there. If you have any Linux systems in your environment, something to look out for. Windows setup is super easy with the Xerox driver.)

Love this printer. Comes standard with the high capacity toner cartridges, not some wimpy starter kit. I use it mainly to scan documents, and it does so awesomely. Using the ADF it will scan both sides of the paper at the same time, saving tons of time. The print quality is amazing too. I got print samples from this printer (LED) and a laser printer, thinking the laser would be better. This printer has better quality and a cheaper price. No complaints at all. I print before and after photographs of the landscaping and fencing projects, I complete for customers as well as regular documents, invoices etc. This printer does great for everything. Use it to print all my envelopes. It does have some problems feeding envelopes, but that is because of the stock that I use, not the printers fault.
