This printer was easy to set up and use. It was almost automatic. Love this the 6515. Can’t wait to get another one for my other office.

This printer is great. The quality, speed an ease of use is super great. I would recommend shipping with the larger cartridge. The touch screen is intuitive, and easy to use. The maintenance is also very easy. Changing cartridges is quick and easy. What is really good is Xerox’s recycling program. Anyone looking for a printer, scanner, fax, copier for a small office or home setting should seriously consider this product. The color of the output is nothing less than great. The colors are vivid, clear and crisp. The colors are so good that it is hard to tell the difference between the original and the copy..

The machine sees a paperjam that does not exist permanently disabling copy and scan functions Nothing seems to clear it even though there is no paper jam

It is difficult to use. Here are a couple examples: I’ve had it for a year and still have problems. Couple days ago I had problems copying on legal paper. Never did get last page copied. Tried to switch back to letter size and couldn’t get option for 8 1/2 x 11. Screen gave me option to select 8 1/2 x 14 or “adjust to size” or something like that. No option for 8 1/2 x 11. I had put letter size paper in the machine but it wouldn’t copy on either setting – got error message when I tried to copy. Told me paper in the tray didn’t match paper selection (or something to that effect), and I couldn’t FIND letter size option to select. Same day it said I was low on ink and had 10% left. It made fewer than a dozen copies then wouldn’t print any more – couldn’t be 10%!!! I am using ink that came with the machine.

Picked this up to use as our central office printer for a staff of 10. We replaced a Sharp MX-2615 with this printer. So far it has been working great. We do a good amount of scanning and found the added bonus for this printer is that double-sided scans are done in one pass. Setup was easy (we have a LAN port so we did not use WIFI). I was able to add addresses for scanning with ease. I was also able to easily lockout features that I did not want end-users to change. I would strongly recommend this printer.

We replace our phaser after 12 years of service with the 6515 and it has reached all of my expectations from a XEROX machine.

Overall a very good printer so far. However, I’m still unable to setup the scanning functionality to get documents from the printer to my networked computer. The instructions are unclear about file paths, and generally seem too complex.

The printer has many features and requires some planning to set it up correctly. There are many features such as copying, scanning, faxing (send/receive), printing, security/user roles, reporting metrics, WiFi direct, WiFi, hi-speed Ethernet, Shared Address book, Accounting (user code – tracking/job codes), and built-in Support tools. Suggest downing the software to have the most updated drivers. It is definitely a business class printer. I would recommend this printer.

The Xerox Workcentre 6515 has a lot of features and is very easy to use. I use it wireless for work purposes and I have never had an issue with printing this way. It print fasts and the quality of print and scan jobs is great! The toners last a long time. The display is easy to read and directional to make changes to copies or scans when needed. I would recommend this product to others.

So I bought this machine for my home business so I had wi-fi capability to print or scan from either of my 2-3 computers I work from. The basics I have gotten down, but I would like to be able to do so much more and it seems like there are settings or setup options I am not privy to in order to get more out of the machine. The print quality is excellent and being color wasn’t even a requirement but now I am glad it is for some particular documents. It’s actually pretty quiet and looks nice. I do think it’s a good machine for a business I just wish there were better operating instructions for being able to Scan or copy to fax or email. I Fax from a server I use but being able to email directly to people from the machine would be awesome. Some features seem to require a “log in” which I have no clue about as well. If you have webinars on how to better utilize the machine I’d be all over it. Regards.

The 6515 printer has been a workhorse for our medical clinic. It used daily for scanning, copying and printing. We have owned for 4 months and it has worked without fail. I would recommend this printer for all small business.

Eaiest setup I have ever had. Has all the features I want. The quality of the output is superb. The cost was a little more than inkjet but, what I got in return made it worthwhile. No more H, printers, their ink program sucks! The only negative wasthe weight. Luckly I have grandkids. 🙂 All in all, agreat buy!

The printer was easy to link up to my WIFI. Love the two sided feature and the quality of the printing. Photo printing on plain paper was very good, I can’t wait to try on photo paper.

I love it ! Step 1 – Unpack Step 2 – Install CD Step 3 – Turn On Printer Step 4 – Print We have an office network and wifi as well. Everyone can find the printer and print. I still remember my first monochrome laser printer at $1200 and my first color laser at twice the size. No more out of ink messages on a weekly basis from Ink Jets. There’s a reason the word Xerox is now a common noun in the English Language.

THe hardware and software are terrible, always causing trouble. Constantly needing to be restarted, constantly saying something (paper, a tray, a cartridge) are missing when it isn’t true. The connection between the computer and the printer is wholly unreliable, you get an error 100% of the time you try to print but sometimes the doc actually prints and sometimes it doesn’t.

Printer was easy to setup. Parts of the instruction i had to read twice. The option for internet and air print set up are not all that clear. But once i got logged on to the web site. it was a bit clearer. The option to download drivers from the web site interface was a big help and that allowed me to setup my phone an ipad, this also allowed me to add additional computers on my network to enable printing in minutes.

This printer great, fast and prints great quality. If I had to say one thing negative it would be that it doesn’t recognized the bypass tray to pull paper from when you open it to use it. You have to go into the setting and change it to bypass.

This printer works great! It’s speedy and the print quality is great. However, setting it up to connect to a computer took several calls to support, reading the help pages and watching youtube videos. There’s a portal to control the printer from the internet, but there’s no info that said it apparently that does not work with Chrome, so another support call was need. Once the printer is connected to a computer, then it’s smooth sailing.

This seems like a capable enough printer, why do you constantly generate nag screens requesting feedback? I’m sure there must be some way to turn these off but the default configuration is to send nag screen after nag screen for feedback or other information. You would probably fare better if you just stole the information from everyone that installs your driver like all the other tech firms do. My wife doesn’t nag me as much as this printer! Also, the printer that I’m using (WorkCentre 7835) isn’t even in your list of printers to choose from.
