This is an excellent printer, scanner, and copier. I have used it to print reports and the clarity and sharpness is fantastic. I put it all to the test when I made a custom card by taking a picture of a section of the bed quilt that I gave as a gift, and using MS Word I incorporated the image into a Happy Birthday card. The card looked like it was printed by a print shop that does custom cards. It was a great feature that put a smile on our face. The scanner I have used to save tax information for formal communication with the IRS without a problem. The copier I have used to submit hard copy records when needed, and the full color copies are hard to tell from the originals so I mark them on the back side before making a copy. And another feature that is the “cats meow” is changing the color cartridges. It is easy, clean, and fast. I don’t have to re-calibrate the drum, and all the other things that I had to do with my old HP LaserJet. The only thing is that I would never had known about the is product except that I saw my son using his. People just can’t believe how such a small printer produces such quality. Yes, my wife does use it to print the beautiful Christmas letter each year.

there us an error code that will not go away.018-436 There is to easy t clear it. Other issues is trying to get it to link to your email, computer for scanning There are so many issues that you need a IT tech to fix these things so this printer is not a user friendly printer but it prints great.

The only word I can think of to describe it is AWESOME

The print quality is excellent. Set-up is arduous and frequently needs to be redone. Just about every time I need to print something, it fails because of some kind of device fault, but works as soon as I restart it. Overall good quality printing, but not user friendly.

Excellent printer. I like the built in duplex functions. This is actually the second of these I have had and I am thoroughly pleased.

I love this multifunction printer. It does everything and more. The options to let me print, scan from the unit or from my computer is so easy to use. I love that i can do anything i want and the toner last forever and i print daily. It has saved me money and helped me get anything accomplished I need done.

I have been very disappointed in this printer and the drivers and ease of installation and use for this printer.

I have owned several color laser printers, including some with duplexing capability. The Xerox WordCentre 6515 is a good printer, but is occasionally counterintuitive. Print quality is very good. Isn’t that the primary concern when considering a printer purchase? Things to watch out for: 1) Initial page print speed is slower than I’m used to. Once started, however, print speed on subsequent pages is very good. 2) Going from standby mode to full power (to print, for example) causes a power spike that makes my office’s surge suppressor sound an alarm. I assume this is because the printer is plugged into an older circuit that may not be adequate. However, the circuit breaker has not tripped, and my previous color laser printer did not exhibit the same behavior. 3) When scanning, the printer works well with the Xerox scanning software. However, it does not work with Nitro Pro PDF creation and editing software. I receive a “TWAIN not found” error. Stick with the Xerox software if you plan to scan documents. 4) The printer software installation process is not intuitive. Budget some time, read the documentation, and seek out a YouTube video or two to assist you if you encounter problems. Overall, a good printer for my small business needs.

Has a lot of different functions, print quality is nice but the color doesn’t always match how it looks on the computer so you might have to adjust the font color in your document if you’re able to. When you open the paper tray drawer you have to click “OK” on the screen after you close the drawer or it wont print anything until you do, that’s kind of a pain. When one ink cartridge is out it stops printing too, so you have to stop what you’re in the middle of any quick change the cartridge out in order to do anything, also a pain.

It is a very easy-to-use printer, with a high printing speed and high toner yield … the startup time is quite long but I suppose it is something common with large printers … additionally I have had some problems with Wifi sometimes disconnects itself or does not detect any network. Despite the small inconvenience I recommend the printer

This printer has been a huge improvement to my office space. It meets all my needs to complete my work everyday. The only opportunity I think could improve is an easier tool or app to connect to your cable internet. The WiFi connection on the back breaks really easy. I think mine broke in the first two weeks.

My only issues have been with the complexity of setting the printer up to the network, then occasionally it does not wake up from sleep mode, the on/off button does not respond I have to unplug to get it to work. Still this has only happened a few times. I would buy again for the speed and quality and built.

Here you go. I would not buy it or recommend it. The interface is SUPER SLOWWWW. The services it professes to have are impossible to setup with Microsoft. The drivers are installed and have multiple interfaces depending on how you access them. The paper tray (not the draws, the one that folds out) doesn’t work well with checks or envelops. This is a driver problem but you also have to set the printer for the type of paper because the driver can’t tell it what you are using. Imagine running down the hall to do this. Overall it sucks.

Although the print quality and speed for both color and B&W is great, the overall reliability is not good. Software ‘device fault’ errors occur frequently, which requires you to turn the device off and on almost on a weekly basis. The worst part is the secondary image sensor, which captures the back of a page during a scan. It broke just after a year of use. Given the cost of the part and labor, it is not worth to replace it. We need better warranty from Xerox for this type of problem. The component is clearly unreliable.

The Xerox printer is great for scanning, printing, and fairly easy to use for printing envelopes and various types of printing needs. The by pass tray is great for printing items that are out of the ordinary, such as envelopes that is not often used in this office but is very handy when needed. Having the option to add a tray is perfect as well, as other color paper options is often needed in this office, as well as plain paper. It is very nice to not have to switch out color paper several times a day. There are other features that we have not had to use just yet, but I know will be handy when the need arises.

Pros: 2 sided scanning, 2 sided printing, prints on glossy card stock, holds a fair amount of paper in either tray (main and bypass), wireless printing, so can print from my phone. Cons: A set of toner costs more than the printer.

The quality of machine is great. It is way to difficult to set up for the average user. The menu system just isn’t very intuitive. I used to scan a lot of documents but have been unable to set this unit up to scan. I needed a good printing/scanning product for a single office environment and, for me, this isn’t the unit.

Trouble from the start. it is not working and no one from the field will call me about doing a repair been escalated to software problem.
