Despite cleaning the rollers. rollers and as well as whole feeder assembly replaced by technician there still issue of stops scanning and sometime grabs multiple papers. Need to stare at during the scanning to make sure it does not grab multiple papers during scanning..

It appears the IP address is a huge secret. Whenever I find it, it is not a good one and it indicates there is a problem with comunicating with Xerox. I am not on a meter program and often I get a message that it cannot communicate with Xerox. Dah!!! When I went on line to find out how to change those settings, I find it is wanting me to give my IP address. It appears it is dynamic and not static. I have sent many, many hours trying to fix this problem, to no avail. The machine is just finicky. Too many problems to tell here. If I can figure its quirks, I may begin to love it.

Previously I owned 3 Xerox Colorqube or predecessors for the last 20+ years and nothing compares to them. The Workcenter 6515 has at time issues with communicating and its probably a software issue but the color is not to my satisfaction… Very disappointed… Ill probably use cheap ink in the future once I run through the Xerox inks I purchased and then i’ll park this printer till I find something better.

When i recently bought the printer, it was working marvelously. 4.5 stars i would have rated, only .5 less than the max because printing quality of pictures is not the greatest. However, after a couple of months the printer stopped waking when sending print jobs. The printer stopped waking even when pressing the power button. After searching online, it looks like it’s a very common issue with this printer. I tried upgrading firmware, and changing local PC settings (remember, having the same configs before worked well, but i tried anyway), but nothing has worked. To get the printer to work i have to disconnect it, yes, disconnect it, and then power it back up. Then it starts working again. Terrible!

No guidance how to use the different features. The weakness is not the printer, it’s the very poor instruction manual.
