Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

Good overall printer but the wifi changes address too many times.

The WorkCentre 6515 is a great printer for those who work from home and need high quality printing. The only drawback I have encountered while using this printer is that it is extremely difficult to scan directly to computer. Instead, you will need to use scanning software (I use Adobe Acrobat) to have the computer initiate the scan. I highly recommend this printer for those that need high quality printing, scanning and the ability to fax. David D

Great all in one printer. I wish we had purchased this printer sooner! The 2 sided scanning feature is a life saver! It scans both sides of a document at the same time and at record speed. All other functions are super fast too. Easy to setup!

Had to reach out to tech support for scanning to computer.

The headline says it all. Printer has gorgeous output, whether printing or scanning. When scanning, it automatically detects color v. BW originals. Many useful features. A great value for the cost.

This printer replaced a more expensive OfficeJetPro X series, It was easy to set up and connect with from my windows systems, though I did have to do a bit of digging to make it work for the MacOS users in the office. Pro’s of this printer over the 14 month old Inkjet that cost $300.00 more… – Prints are crisp, blacks are even tone across an area and the toner does not have to dry… – The ID Copy app is an amazing time saver in a medical office – The printer allows printing using NFC, this is less a pro and more a niche but cool feature. Con’s of this printer vs. the Inkjet – The Inkjet could print 50 duplex text pages in less then a minute, this printer takes about 3-4 minutes but the quality is much better on the Xerox – Smaller paper try and High Cost accessory to get a second paper-tray added. – Document Feed and Printing are duplex, but not single pass duplex, and this has caused an occasional jam.

When we first got the printer it would self switch to a different IP address whenever the printer was shut down, leaving us with no connection to our PCs and laptops. We went to Xerox IT support several, maybe 7-10 times and they would walk us through resetting the IP address but never got to why it was doing that in the first place. The IT Techs were professional and helpful. I think we finally got to a person who knew what was causing the IP address change. We haven’t had that problem now for about 6 weeks. Otherwise we are happy with our WorkCentre 6515.

I have this printer for a month and still cannot get it to work properly. From drivers to fax and scanner set up, it has been one problem after another. The last printer I had was basically plug and play. I have tried to contact support several times and even with their assistance some of these problems have still not been resolved. For these reasons, I have not had too much use of the printer but I noticed that the ink level had dropped a fair amount, which makes me wonder what the true yield of these (expensive) toner cartridges is.

After owning several copy machines, we finally purchased XEROX 6515!! We were tired of buying machines every 1 to 2 years!!! Have to say XEROX is the best machine I ever purchased! Still using start up ink package which came with machine. I know we’ve all been there, purchasing a copy machine only to find the ink winds up costing us a a small fortune!!! Doesn’t last long!! EVEN the NOTORIOUS XL!!!LOL XEROX 6515 prints fast, is reliable & your not constantly running too the store to purchase INK!!! This machine isn’t a bait & switch Highly recommend XEROX 6515! I don’t ever write reviews , don’t have time! XEROX lives up too their reputation of the past! GREAT Machine!!! HIGHLY IMPRESSED!!!

The scanner is either one sided or two sided. Not helpful with records that are sometime one sided and sometimes 2-sided. The Scansnap is far superior. Printing of labels is difficult- must measure the exact dimensions of the labels. And printing of quickbooks checks I have found next to impossible – I no longer even attempt that – I jus handwrite them. Printing of envelopes is OK – but the envelopes come out a bit wrinkled – not a good professional appearance. Speed is excellent – appearance of print jobs is good – not great but good.

I share an office with 3 others and the WorkCentre serves our needs well. Laser quality for both my Black & White jobs as well as Color is great.

I have owned this MFP for about a year now, and am very happy with my purchase. Not only was I able to get it at a great price, it is a great machine. It does everything I need it to for my business and it does it reliably.

I print infrequently and was tired of inkjets whose ink goes out of date, smears, or clogs the printheads. I paid a lot of money for ink I never used. Just when you want to print something, you can’t and then you have to diagnose what is wrong with the printer. If you use a bubble jet printer infrequently, the ink can dry up in the heads requiring a level of maintenance that most people aren’t willing to perform as it’s easier to get another cheap printer. You get what you pay for. The Xerox WorkCentre 6515 is a color laser not subject to these problems. It is a workhorse suitable for small business and produces decent quality color output for its price range, but I’d stop short of calling it a photo printer. The Xerox WorkCentre 6515 has many features you would expect to find on a corporate office printer. Am very pleased with mine and recommended one to my friend, who was looking for a reliable office printer for his small general contracting business. Likewise, he has not had any issues with his printer and that is a GOOD thing!

Great features at a great price. Do your homework to ensure that you also acquire some needed peripherals for bluetooth/wifi. Nice color printing. Perfect size for a home office. Only drawback is that the color toner cartridges are on the pricey side. I use this for business and personal printing.

I was using an older model stand alone printer and stand alone scanner and they were just not getting the job done. I researched for quite a while and found the WorkCentre 6515. This machine is amazing. The price was right and the consumables are as well. The scan and print quality and speed are amazing. I highly recommend this unit.

Bought this for my home office network. My wife, an attorney, and myself (an Amazon seller) print a considerable amount of things on our printer. Shes always printing and scanning contracts, and Ive got labels an items to print on a daily basis. Our last canon printer just never worked perfectly (also a multifunction). I was a little apprehensive about buying a Xerox, but they have done a great job making an easy to use home office printer. -The touch screen is responsive and useful. This isnt a gimmick! It works great and makes using the printer so much easier. – I was able to connect the printer to Gmail so that I can scan-to-email. THere are instructions on how to do this online if you google it. I think the file limit is 20mb , so its not great for huge files. But, for a few pages it works great. It can sometimes take 4 or 5 minutes for the email to come through, but its usually not an emergency so that doesnt bother me. – the scanner can scan 2 sides, which I love! (through the document feeder) – The printer can print duplex, which I love! – The Wifi was easy to connect to get working. – The printer was super easy to add to our computers. I downloaded the Windows 10 drivers from the Xerox website (although they give you a CD too if you have a CD drive on your computer). – The print speed is great for a small home office. It doesnt take forever to warm up. Finally a printer that isnt stuck in 1990. I would recommend it to you for your home office needs!

One of the advantages of laserjet printers is that there is no ink to dry up, go out of date, and/or to clog print heads. I got tired of watching my ink go out of date but I wanted a printer that could print color, that could handle periods of low use as well as periods of high use. For the price, I don’t think you could get a better printer. I have one at home, one at the office, and recommended one to a friend who uses it for his small business. Some printers will either connect to the network via CAT5 LAN or wirelessly, but the Workcentre 6515 can do both. So you can print from tablets, phones, laptops, or computers connected to the router via CAT5 LAN. The ability to print wirelessly from tablets as well as from office computers was one of the requirements my friend had and the Workcentre 6515 fills the bill. I’ve had my original printer for almost 2 years and so far I’ve had no issues whatsoever with either of my WorkCentre 6515’s. Best printer I’ve ever owned!

Bought this printer to replace a color inkjet and a mono laser in my home. Was getting tired of having to buy ink for the color printer to only print something every 3-4 months and my mono laser was becoming more difficult to find affordable toner cartridges that worked in it. I have had this printer for over a year now and have only had to replace the black and yellow toners in that time (they were the starter cartridges) and in my opinion I printed way more pages than was listed for their yield. The printer itself provides good quality prints. The only real complaint that I have had is I cannot seem to get the scan to file feature to work from the machine itself. Instead I have had to download a 3rd party scanning program and initiate scans from the computer. This obviously is not a huge deal as I am still able to do what I want I just have to do it differently.

The 6515 is solidly built to last. Unlike other brands it comes with toners that you can actually use without having to buy replacements right away. Very energy efficient. Quiet. Great price. Feature packed. Xerox support is top notch. Even got a rebate. Very satisfied.
