Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

I initially purchased this for a public notary business. I never got the business off the ground. But, I’ve saved so much time and money with this laser printer. I owned multiple inkjet printers from other brands one by one they malfunctioned. I was always left stranded in need of a prints and using Kinkos to get me out of a jam. The speed per page is amazing, the print quality is unmatched and the product is user friendly. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in the last 2 years. I believe if you want to buy a great printer go with a Xerox do yourself a favor.

First, this product gives clear instructions for using all the functions. It includes print through USB, wifi, Bluetooth, etc. Also, the control panel is easy to understand and use. It makes user easily use and understand all the functions given by this product.

The printer is awesome, and if all of its features are taken advantage of, I can see this being a great product. However, for me and my household, setting up the network so the printer can scan and save files to a computer folder proved very annoying to accomplish. I wish that xerox either added the ability of older, cheaper multifuctions of just doing everything through USB and saving it to a computer folder of your choosing, or making it more obvious that this printer can do that

This printer has the features that a big printer would have, and works great. It’s good for a small workplace, and it’s fairly easy to setup. You are able to scan to your computer, scan to your email, etc. We got a second one and they both work great!

We need to reset this printer way to often. Sometimes the reset is not enough and I just unplug it. Once it is plugged back in, the test page prints and then all the backed up documents print

I have been using ink jet printers for many years. The problems of inkjets clogging and bleeding caused me to look at lasers more closely. When I saw this printer at nearly the same price as an inkjet I decided to try it. I am really glad I did. This printer has been running flawlessly now for a couple of months. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the prints, not just the text which was expected, but also the photos.

I was impressed enough that I bought on of these for my home business and personnel use and I have purchased this printer for 3 of the offices I manage. It has performed very well in an office environment for up to 12 people share this printer. The print quality, speed, and ease of use is very good and the colors are great for presentation projects. It does not do photo quality as bright as the ink jet printers but that is not what this printer was intended for. I’m also very happy at with how far the laser cartridges last compared to the old inkjet we had before. I would recommend this printer.

I was dubious about this printer when first purchased but quickly found that it it worth the expense. I print several hundred pages a week and it has not yet failed me. The paper almost never gets jammed, the toner cartridges are easy to change, and the print quality is rather good. It also prints very quickly, so I don’t have to wait forever for my documents to get printed. The UI is not super user friendly, re:sending things to network locations, but once you get the hang of it, it works well. Scanning, however is very fast and easy. Much, much easier than the old style single page scanners. This machine scans multiple pages almost as fast as it prints. I’d definitely buy this printer again.

I consider myself technically savvy, but this machine has been continually challenging. While it does a lot of work, you really have to refer to usage information or you could run into trouble. The support team is very helpful, but having to call them for most issues that are new or difficult is not satisfactory. Manuals are not easy to access or use. I thought I was getting a great machine, but I would say it’s very average.

This printer is way too complex for the average user. Even when knowing what you are doing it still does not want to play nice. Xerox used to be top of the line but they don’t even have the option to select this printer to review. This should be a huge red flag for any of their printers. It sets the precedent that if they know their printer is garbage they just hide it. What happens when you buy a different model and you decide to leave your opinion and its not an option.

I would ask you to check back latter, However I would have liked to see more American consumer features such as in enlarging, such as presets to enlarge copy to full 8.5 X 11 inch or 14 inch sheets As far as I can tell HP may have a few years up on you with some of these built in features?

The Xerox 6515 MFP Printer is a medium duty workload printer according to Xerox. We love this printer, the printer has many features such as FAX, Scan to Computer, Scan to USB, Security, Accounting if you need to do that,and great print quality. Scan to Computer is a very nice feature where this is kind of technical – there is an online document from Xerox on how to. We like using this feature, you setup a directory of users on the Xerox Printer and Setup a shared folder on your computer. In the directory on the Xerox, you setup a connection from your directory entry to the computer. You navigate to your shared folder by typing in your User ID and Password for the shared folder. When you scan to Folder/PC, it will place the documents into the folder. The print quality is nice and looks very professional. It actually is cost less the the ink printer we use to use, plus last longer. I would recommend the printer and I have. Several people and small business users have taken my advice. They are happy with this printer.

Printers are tough, they can be confusing, but not this one! This one is easy to use and I’m super happy with the quality printing. I use it for marketing handouts and I’m very impressed. One time I loaded the paper in wrong and caused a jam, but the system told me exactly what doors to open and how to get it out. So smart!
