Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

I am not only happy with my next Xerox WorkCenter 6515, but am even more impressed with B&H! Everything was connected easily and even when there was a hiccup. Xerox’s customer service was helpful. Would definitely order from B&H again!

I am very disappointed with this printer. My company bought only 1.5 years ago and now we have to trash it because it has a motor error that will be majorly expensive to fix. This is practically brand new and does not get used a great deal so should have lasted. Ridiculous! Xerox, you should be ashamed of yourselves, not covering this major defect in your machine. Will not be buying Xerox again.

I love my WorkCentre 6515. It does every thing I need it to do and prints in color too. I do wish the cartridges were larger because with all of the printing they don’t seem to last. They are cheaper but not the XL type. I have had to have our tech come back and reset it a couple of times for scanning to my computer. Seems as though it lost the info. Not sure if that is related to the power going off or just what.

The WorkCentre6516 allows me to print in both black and white and color and the printing is good quality. I can scan , copy, email and fax. It is a compact piece that fits right on my desk. I highly recommend!

My printer is great but there is one setback. The other xerox that i had you could print a lot and it had a big tray for 500 pages at least. This one has half a tray and you have to be reloading it constantly but other than that it is a good printer.

I chose this printer on the advice and input from a friend Xerox products technician. It surpasses the regular commercial brands commonly available in the office product stores by its quality production, ease of use, multi-functions, and tech and supply support. Would recommend for any small business applications.

The printer’s quality and speed is good. The usability, user interface, preference controls, etc. are among the worst I have ever seen in a printer. Might be great for a large business, but without an IT Department on-hand to set-up and maintain this thing, you will likely hate it.

Xerox wants to know how the Xerox WorkCentre 6515 is. The display interface is incredibly slow. For a touch screen you must touch, touch, touch to make it work. The icons and menu and method to select a destination for fax, etc. is cumbersome. Likewise for the copy process to change from 1 to 1 sided to 2 to 2 sided. When the toner is low, you cannot remove the notice which interferes with the use of the display. Show me the notice, let me remove it, show it again 100 pages later. Lastly the drivers and software for Windows could provide better information. I have never been able to setup fax-emailing and most of the features it supposedly can do. Software is useless. I am forced to just print and just fax. I really do like this printer. It prints quite well. The toner seems to last. But the interface, the software and drivers are a major disappointment.

This is a fully featured machine but its controls are not intuitive and certain functions (i.e. scan) are difficult to use unless you are scanning directly to a flash drive.

Good printer for home office. Good printer quality and ease of use. Set up for email scanning a bit problematic, otherwise, real good option for improved home printer.

This product is very good and prints with great quality. The speed of printing is average, and I love that it can print double sided. It often burps though and after being on a while has some difficulty waking up and communicating effectively with my computer. I have to restart it a couple times each day to get it going.

We have 8-1/2 X 5 inch invoices, and the machine couldn’t figure out how to print that size. We had to write a program to get it to print, and it won’t do batch printing. Also, I don’t want to have to tell the machine where to find paper. If tray 1 is empty, maybe it could look in tray 2 without me telling it. Also, we are a small office, and I don’t want to have to sign in with a user name. Also the fax feature is complicated and doesn’t send the first time.

Extremely difficult setting up. 2 IT personnel and 6 hours later just to get the scan to email and other internal printing issues complete.

I have used the WorkCentre 6515 for over a year and it has been very reliable and the print quality is excellent. I primarily use it for printing and making copies but have used it for an occasional fax.

I purchased this multifunction unit (Workcentre 6515 DNI) to replace my inkjet multifunction and replace a slower speed (23 ppm) laser printer. I purchased a Xerox Phaser 6510 DNI printer several months back, and was extremely pleased with the performance (speed and quality), so I decided to purchase a Xerox multifunction unit. I print the newsletter for our Social Club (275 copies of 5 pages each), so I appreciate the speed. My old printer was duplex as well, but it would make six passes to print the five pages – it didn’t know that the 6th page was blank. The Xerox printers I have recognize the blank page, so they only make five passes. This saves time. The photos in our newsletter come out so much clearer because of the 1200 dpi feature – faces are more easily recognized. I have been please with both units. They are easy to setup to my Wi-Fi network. They are fast, and toner seems to last long (albeit I buy the super high capacity cartridges). I’d buy another, if I could think of another justification (of which I could convince my wife).

We were looking for a more economical solution for our small office printer. We made the leap from an HP All In One Inkjet to this Xerox toner All In One because we were spending a small fortune in ink. The toner cartridges are a third of the price of the ink and the speed is wonderful. The footprint was a little larger, but overall this printer was a wonderful upgrade. It was a little more expensive to purchase the unit itself, but it will pay for itself in a short time due to the drastic savings on ink. I highly recommend this All In One if you are looking for a faster, more economical printing solution!

I have used the Xerox WorkCentre 6515 printer for about a year now and find it to perform as advertised. It is a good value and has excellent print speed and both grayscale and color quality. The copy and scan features are equally functional and easy to use. I especially like the duplex scan at one time, and the scan to PDF on a network storage device. The touch screen is easy to read and use. The software is very functional and has several options and settings. The firmware updates work well but could be easier to find. The toner is simple to replace but is rather expensive for the OEM replacements. I recommend this multi-function printer for individuals and small workgroups.

The print quality is great. We have had our printer for two years and have had zero problems.

I have had this printer for a little over a year and a few months in two errors popped up on that screen that really impact the use of this device. Fault or error (062-380) and fault or error (062-386) both continue to show active on this device causing it to not scan and to have unusable features that I want to be able to function. The light flashes constantly and shows that there are two errors. After I did some research and read some reviews I found out that this happens to almost everyone and that there are now ways to fix it. I think its ridiculous a device this big and expensive has these flaws. Xerox should do better and reach out to me about this and provide a solution to fix this.
