Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

I had this printer just slightly over a year , it stop printing and scanning on both side, the repair by Xerox will cost more than the printer cost. I will not recommend this printer to others.

We are really enjoying this laser. Print quality is wonderful with nice performance. We have this setup wirelessly using the optional wireless adapter in a two story building. No issues with printing wireless from anywhere in the building. Setting up the wireless printer on our multiple computers was a breeze with the automated setup program.

If the weight (67 lb) and size are not a issue for you, I definitely recommend this product. I used it as family home printer and I got it for over a month now… so far so good. I have not tested the SMTP yet du to the lack of time… but in overall I give it a thumb up!

Bought this printer less than 4yrs ago and used it in my home office with less than 5,000 printed copies to date. The print quality is excellent and the printer is sufficiently quick. Initially I had issues with the printer sometimes being ‘not available’ on my home network but this was resolved after a vendor software update. After about 2yrs the duplex scanning function stopped working. Repair was prohibitively expensive so I carried on without. Now, after 4yrs, the lamp stopped working (error 062-380) which means the printer will no longer copy or scan. Very disappointed with the lack of durability of this printer. A financial and environmental affront that this printer needs to be retired so quickly.

I do like this printer, the print quality is very good and it does have many great features. I do however find it not very user friendly. I purchased the extra drawer for checks and had to stop leaving the checks in the drawer; in different programs it would print on the checks. Also, the printer does not automatically print from the bypass when paper is inserted. I am not one to read through a manual to figure out how to set items up. Pros: Print quality is great; Speed is okay Cons: Scanning using auto feeder kept jamming after 2 months; Bypass tray stopped pulling in documents or envelopes after 2 months I called Xerox and after a few visits from their service techs and changing the Bypass Tray assembly the problems started happening again. Xerox finally sent me a new printer, which I have now and it’s doing the exact same thing. Of course the warranty has expired and I’m stuck with this piece of junk until it completely breaks down. Don’t waste your time or money on this Xerox product. Buy a Brother Printer. They are more reliable!

Overall print quality is good but it took some doing with tech support to setup the scan to email and scan to desktop over WIFI. This was a bit over complicated for the average user so, be prepared for that. Also, every time the unit kicks on out of sleep mode, the lights in my office blink. This was really strange and may just be a fluke with my office wiring but no other printer or device has ever caused this and yes, my office is new and modern.

My marginal review is do the the following problems. I did not realize mass-produce prints hence my toner costs are higher than anticipated. Now I am getting a ‘low’ message for black something. Also it is not printing from my computer. I will call Tech Support – which is the best I’ve ever encountered – to resolve these issues…when I have time. Always used Xerox in business. It was simple, calibrate, load paper and go. This one I need to ‘learn’ and the one thing I don’t have any more is enough time. Also wanted to print glossy photo paper. It appears this unit cannot handle that. And, you supply vendor no longer supports Xerox papers. They gave me a referral to ‘some one’ who could not recognize Kern County CA after several minutes. Sounded like they were not set up for individual small sales and service.

This printer serves my business need and was glad i have this printer now that i am working from home. The speed that it prints my report is amazing and at times i thought I have a system wide printer from the office. The color printer also adds value to this printer, of course I would love to have some help setting up the scanner function with this printer. Often times now I have to go out to get my document scanned with my signature feature and presently this printer is not set up for this though I see scanning is one of the feature of this printer.
