Make sure your business has all the tools it needs with this WorkCentre 6515/DNI All-in-One Color Laser Printer from Xerox with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. A very capable printer, it features a maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi for sharp documents as well as impressive speeds of up to 30 ppm in simplex or 18 ppm in duplex. It also features a variety of methods for handling media, including a 250-sheet standard input tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. Additionally, if connected to a network through the Ethernet port or the built-in Wi-Fi, users can even print remotely from their mobile devices.
Scanning, copying, and faxing are made possible through the implementation of an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed as well as the 50-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF that supports media up to 8.5 x 14″. This scanner unit features an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and even has a built-in OCR for creating searchable documents. Along with these features, a color touchscreen is present for intuitive operation while a front USB port allows users to print from and scan to a portable storage device. Additionally, the printer comes equipped with a standard USB 3.0 interface for direct connection to a computer.

Very satisfied with the Xerox Workcenter 6515. Fast high quality printing. Stable WiFi connection with hard wired option. All the features a small business could want. Love the scan to e-mail function. Reasonably priced toner is also available. No more clogged ink cartridges or printhead. Xerox rocks.

This item has replaced a large capacity Canon unit which took up a lot of floor space and was temperamental at times. With the exception of not having 11×17 capacity, it does everything else we need for a lot less per copy.

I have been a user of HP laser printers since 1991. When my printer went out a year ago, the technician from the local business who takes care of the computer issues in our office recommended the WorkCentre 6515, saying it was comparable to the HP I had. Unfortunately, that has not proved to be correct. My secretary also has a WorkCentre 6515 and she experiences the same frustrations as I do. When this machine goes down, it’s back to HP for me.

For a network printer, it is very hard to get set up. We got it set to print from three machines after a little work, but after a few weeks of trying, we still can not get scanning to work from one machine let alone three. The saving grace for this printer is it does a good job at printing (color is great) and you can scan to a USB drive easily.

It is an awesome printer. We love it.

This has to be one of the easiest printers to set up and use. Just connect and go. I didn’t have any issues with my computer finding and installing drivers.

Excellent machine and a good value. The toner is a bit pricey, but that is true of most printers regardless of brand. Compact and professional looking. Wish the scanner would scan keep documents “straight” and more crisp, but it does the job.

Mechanically this is a great machine. It prints fast and reliably, duplexes well, and the auto document feeder works well. But we have found the user experience to be frustrating, especially for some reason with my partner’s MacBook Pro. There are real problems connecting to the printer via WiFi, requiring us to manually input the IP address, which automatically changes whenever it feels like it. Also the setup process software was less than intuitive, and downloading drivers from the website was also not intuitive.

I was very pleased with the selection of Color Laser Printer I found in Xerox 6515! Low heat Makes this a choice to any Advertising Company! Prepare to buy Lots of Toner Cartridges tho The Prints I got out of the original Toner Cartridges were not High Yield and I only got like 100 prints out of the 4 Toner Cartridges. I had 120 Prints for full color order. The Original Toner Cartridges on the Xerox 6515 said I got over 700 prints. I had a subsequent Order of 42 color Prints. I ended up changing the High Yield Cartridges at about 30 Prints back to the Original Toner Cartridges to finish that order. POINT Make Sure You Have Back Up Toner Cartridges Per Job. Seems Toner Cartridges only have about a cup of Toner each, even in the High Yield Toner Cartridges (EXAMPLE OF TONER CARTRIDGES IS NOT WHAT THE PACKAGE SAYS THEY ARE PER PRINTING JOBS ALLOWED WITH EACH TONER CARTRIDGE). NOTE TO SELF — ADJUST FOR THE COST OF TONER ON PRINT JOBS. Making this a very EXPENSIVE INVESTMENT. But Over all Performance Great!

This is the first Xerox printer I have owned. It replaces an HP MFP. The Xerox is noisier than the HP. It prints nicely, the scanner works well. The user interface is easier to use than the HP. It has a nice Web Interface. It is heavier than the HP. I have not had a printer with a waste cartridge before so not so sure about that. Only having the printer for 6 weeks now so not sure how it will fair long term. Also don’t know about cartridge life. So far so good. I can’t give it a five because of the noise. When on a call it sometimes make it difficult to hear. It’s not a deal breaker unless the printer is near a desk or has heavy use. If you are using it quite often you might want to consider location of printer.

This printer has great print quality, but too many warnings/shutdowns, ie when paper is loaded, you have to WAIT till you get a warning to change the load tray to match the paper. The printer will not start until the “OK” is selected. If you open the drawer, and close the same drawer, that should be sufficient to get back to work. The low ink warning can completely interrupt and restart the print process, not good if you’re using numbered print material. And finally, the internal internet connection has blown out after no more than 1 year service on this printer.

I work for a small oil field company and have struggled with other copiers. I print a crazy amount for a small company and this copier is holding it’s own nicely. The scanning process is very quick and easy. I am not the only one to use this copier, I work with 10 oil field operators and with a little prompting here and there at first they were flying right along with it. I am very please that the ink replacement is less expensive than the past machines and easier to get to for replacement. The print is so clear and bright, it makes copying from master sheets so uch nicer. I have already recommended this model to three other companies.

If you are a small business owner and looking for something affordable with great results, this is the right Xerox to buy. I love the fact that it’s not big but does just the same as a bigger Xerox (more usage). The quality is great, imagines print clear, and easy to use. It has WiFi capability which is a plus for me. I also like the fact that it’s a multifunction and don’t need to worry about buying other products (i.e. scanner and/or fax). Like I mention, this is great for a small business with a small team or someone that does a lot of printing but not in big quanities. Highly recommend this product.

The set up instructions are totally inadequate. Had to call tech support to complete set up. Once running the printer is leaving streaks on the pages. Trying to work through this but is again a difficult and tedious process. I expected the learning curve to be shorter and more user friendly, not so. On the positive side tech support is efficient and seems to know how to solve these problems.

The portion of the software leaves several portions of setup less than intuitive. importing of contacts and user setup in particular.
