The saw worked perfectly, but I have a few comments that might help the next purchaser. This saw is a power hog, pulling every bit of its rated 15 amps and frequently blowing the (house) circuit breaker if the blade bogs while working. Its soft start technology prevents unexpected runaway action after pulling the (heavy) trigger, but because I lacked the ideal 20-amp service, I was constantly babying the work feed to keep the power on. This isn’t the saw’s fault — it’s my barely-adequate 15-amp service. The saw tends to want to climb the work when pushing in the forward direction, bogging the motor, but seems to cut somewhat easier if the unit was pulled toward you. A slight cyclical lift-pull-and-drop method of the back end when cutting in reverse also seems to work well. The included water line is a joke; expect to get something stronger or have a regulator to reduce line pressure to avoid the inevitable hose-down when it ruptures. I bought this saw to expose the rotted cast sewer pipe locations below my basement slab in order to get a firm plumbing repair estimate, saving me literally thousands by cutting and cracking out the concrete myself to expose the bad section (waste concrete can be recycled). Dust is easily contained indoors using a shop vac (separate circuit) and some sort of water cooling on the blade. BTW, purchase of this unit was roughly equivalent to cost of a week’s rental and was delivered in less than a week. No other saw found had the needed combination of capability and an affordable price point to make my operation worthwhile.

The reason I gave it a 5 was because it just fits the gap for the home owner and the guy that needs to get a job done. However….The water system is crap. Go get a hose adapter and a fitting to 1/4 inch line and a shutoff valve at the hose end. O and a couple zip ties to hold the cheep plastic hose on. You will see what I mean when you open the box.

My gas saw is in the shop again, didn’t want to layout another $1,000 so bought this for a quick job while waiting for it to be repaired. Cut 20’ of 4” concrete without a problem. You have to make a few passes, let the saw do the work. If you push it to hard it will cut off. Back the saw off and it’s ready to go. It’s slower than a gas saw but it works. Good to have as a backup. Blades not included but at this price you can’t go wrong

Saw was great. Support is horrible. Instructions are horrible. Had to purchase a different water hose as the one supplied in the product is very thin and kinked. It would collapse in 50 different places thereby rendering it useless. I went to hardware store and purchased a thicker gauge vinyl hose. You will need to purchase some extra’s also, if you want to use the vacuum attachment.

Saw seems well-made takes a second to get up to full speed haven’t used it much yet but I plan on using it plenty I’m a mason and do a lot of concrete brick repairs So time will tell

Easy to assemble and install blade. Has plenty of power. Water hose is quite flimsy and did not come with connection to water hose.

I bought it because I had only few deeper cuts to make inside. It performed effortlessly with 14″ diamond blade I took it from my Stihl. It created some dust at the begging of a cut, but then my Ridgit was able to contain 91% of it. Saw performs better when you pull it.
